摘要
伴随着改革开放及全球信息化浪潮，国内工程建设行业信息化已经走过了
30年的历程。近几年，随着中国经济不断发展，为顺应全球信息化潮流，国家、
行业对信息化建设提出了新目标、新要求，国内施工企业在实力不断提升的同
时，信息化管理水平也得到长足进步，但不管是信息化管理研究还是应用，与
欧美及日本发达国家相比，在业务支撑水平、信息集成水平、技术创新水平、
信息化资源投入、信息化管控体系等方面还是有一定差距。当前，大数据、云
计算、物联网、移动互联等信息技术已经渗透到我们生产生活方方面面，许多
行业信息化管理已成为提升管控能力、降低成本消耗、提高管理效率、防范企
业风险的有效手段。施工企业因其行业和管理的特殊性，信息化管理发展相对
滞后，与制造、金融、通讯、商贸、媒体等行业信息化管理差距较大
本文以Z施工企业信息化管理为研究对象，通过对企业信息化管理相关理
论概念进行认真研究，通过对我国建筑业信息化管理现状、发展方向进行详细
分析，得出了在当前信息技术条件下加强施工企业信息化管理的基本思路、基
本内容和一些新方法、新手段。并重点对Z企业集团的发展战略、信息化管理
现状及管理需求进行了全面剖析，并结合企业管理标准化实际，提出企业信息
化管理优化方案，设计构建了“1+2+3+N”的信息化管理思路：即：一个统一协
同办公平台，移动办公、智慧工地两大辅助系统，人力资源管理、经济管理、
财务管理三大核心业务系统，若干业务管理系统，同时提出了优化方案的保障
措施

ABSTRACT
With the wave of reform and opening to the outside world and the global
information technology, the informatization of domestic engineering construction
industry has gone through the course of 30 years. In recent years, with the Chinese
economic development, in order to comply with the global trend of information
technology, the national industry, put forward new goals, new requirements for the
construction of information technology, the domestic construction enterprises in the
rising strength at the same time, the level of information management have made
great progress, but whether it is information management research and application,
compared with Europe and Japan the developed countries in the business support
level, information integration level, the level of technological innovation,
information resources, information management and control system is still a certain
gap. At present, big data, cloud computing, networking, mobile Internet and other
information technology has penetrated into all aspects of our life and production,
many industry information management has been to enhance the ability to control
and reduce the cost, improve the efficiency of management, effective means to
prevent the enterprise risk. Due to the particularity of its industry and management,
the development of information management is relatively lagging behind in
construction enterprises, which is far from the information management in
manufacturing, finance, communications, commerce and media industry.
Based on the Z construction of enterprise information management as the
research object, based on the enterprise information management theories and
concepts related to serious research, through detailed analysis of the status quo,
management of China's construction industry informatization development direction,
obtained in the current information technology under the condition of strengthening
