20世纪80年代以来，越来越多的外资企业进入我国，已经成为我国创新生态系统
的重要组成部分。目前，我国本土企业的管理水平、研发水平在多个领域与外资企业相
比仍有一定差距，进而导致创新能力也存在差异。研究表明，创新网络是提升企业创新
绩效的重要途径。内部创新网络对创新绩效的影响更为基础，同时也会对外部创新网络
产生促进作用。因此，与研究外部创新网络相比，探讨内部创新网络无论是对外资企业
还是本土企业都更有意义。那么，外资企业内部创新网络的构成是怎样的？与其他企业
相比特殊点在哪里？外资企业的内部创新网络对创新绩效产生了怎样的影响？创新文
化在其中又发挥着怎样的作用？
笔者通过对前人关于外资企业内部创新网络、创新绩效、创新文化相关研究的梳理，
构建了三者之间关系的概念模型。在充分借鉴国内外权威研究的基础上，结合外资企业
的特点，设计了调查问卷，通过实地调研、企业邮箱、问卷星等多种渠道共收集了210
份有效问卷。运用SPSS、AMOS等软件对数据进行分析，使用结构方程模型检验外资
企业内部创新网络与创新绩效的关系，使用多层回归检验创新文化的调节作用。实证结
果显示，本文的所有假设均通过了验证，即外资企业内部创新网络的四个维度：共享愿
景、网络结构、网络关系、组织联结与创新绩效均呈现显著的正向关系，且创新文化对
内部创新网络与创新绩效间的关系具有正向调节作用。根据实证检验结果，结合企业发
展现状，笔者提出了本文的对策建议，以期在帮助外资企业进一步提高创新绩效的同时，
对本土企业优化其内部创新网络提供指导

Since the 1980s, more and more foreign-funded enterprises have entered China and have
become an important part of China's innovation ecosystem. At present, in many fields, the level
of management and R&D of domestic companies still have a certain gap compared with
foreign-funded enterprises, which in turn leads to differences in the ability to innovate.
Research shows that innovation network is an important way to enhance the innovation
performance of enterprises. The impact of internal innovation networks on innovation
performance is more fundamental, and it will also contribute to external innovation networks.
Therefore, it is more meaningful for both foreign and local companies to explore internal
innovation networks than external innovation networks. Then, what is the composition of the
internal innovation network in foreign-funded enterprises Where are the special points
compared with other companies How does the internal innovation network of foreign-invested
companies affect innovation performance What role does the innovation culture play in it
Through combing the previous research, the author has constructed a conceptual model of the
relationship between foreign companies' internal innovation network, innovation performance,
and innovation culture. Based on the authoritative research from both home and abroad,
combined with the characteristics of foreign-funded enterprises, the survey questionnaire was
designed. A total of 210 valid questionnaires were collected through various channels such as
field surveys, emails, and questionnaires. Using SPSS, AMOS and other software to analyze
the data, using the structural equation model to test the relationship between the innovation
network and the innovation performance of foreign-funded enterprises, using multi-level
regression to test the regulatory role of innovation culture. The empirical results show that all
the hypotheses in this paper have passed the verification, that is, the four dimensions of the
internal innovation network of foreign-funded enterprises: shared vision, network structure,
network relationship, organizational linkage and innovation performance all show a significant
positive relationship, and innovation culture can Positively adjust the relationship between。。。。。。
