中国电信“嗨无限”产品在Y地区的推广研究
摘要
在通讯技术飞速发展的今天,4G时代悄然而至,随着国家接连颁发两块4G
牌照TD-LTE和FDD-LTE,旧有的运营商市场格局也开始剧烈变化,如何在4G
时代抢占市场,对于各大运营商来说极其重要。在政府提速降费的大环境下,运
营商利润下降严重,因此,在互联网运营商崛起、竞争环境错综复杂的今天,运
营商与时俱进、开发新型产品并进行有效推广显得十分重要
论文通过文献研究法、比较分析法、案例分析法、波特五力模型、PEST分析
模型等方法对Y电信“嗨无限”产品的推广方案进行研究。文章首先介绍了本次
研究的背景及意义,继以Y电信为案例,探究电信产品在县级基层的发展方式
随后文章阐述了Y电信“嗨无限”产品推广的宏观环境及市场竞争情况,分析了
目前推广的现状。随后文章针对嗨无限产品推广存在的问题及形成原因进行了具
体分析。在文章的第五部分针对Y电信存在的问题,笔者进一步地提出了一些较
为可行的改进措施与方法,希望为Y电信以及整个电信行业在县级基层的发展提
供一定的借鉴意义

Abstract
Today, with the rapid development of communication technology, the era of 4G is
coming quietly. With the successive issuance of two 4G licenses TD-LTE and FDD-LTE,
the market structure of the old operators is also changing dramatically. How to seize the
market in the era of 4G is extremely important for all operators. Under the circumstance
of increasing government speed and reducing fees, the profit of operators is decreasing.
Therefore, with the rise of Internet operators and the complexity of competitive
environment, operators are advancing with the times, developing new products and
promoting them effectively.
In this study, through literature research, comparative analysis, case analysis,
SWOT analysis, Potter five force model and PEST analysis model, the author studies
the promotion plan of Y Telecom's Hi infinity products. The article first introduces the
background and significance of this study. It takes Y Telecom as a case to explore the
development mode of telecom products at the county level. Then the article expounds
the macro environment and market competition of Y Telecom Hi limitless. Then the
article analyzes the current situation, problems and causes of Hi - limitless products. In
the fifth part of the article, aiming at the existing problems of Y Telecom, I further put
forward some feasible improvement measures and methods, hoping to provide some
reference for Y Telecom and the development of the entire telecom industry at the
grass-roots level.
