摘要
能源是人类活动的物质基础,人类社会的发展依赖于能源。能源是人类社会
发展的重要组成部分,是重要的战略资源。它在促进社会经济的可持续健康发展
方面发挥着重要作用。长期以来,中国的能源消费主要依靠传统的煤炭和石油、
天然气、天然气等化石燃料,随着中国全面小康社会步伐的加快,中国的能源需
求越来越高,由于环境问题日益严重,传统化石燃料中各种污染物的过量排放引
起了社会的关注
首先,山东省作为我国能源大省、农业大省、人口大省,不仅有着丰富的化
石能源还有着蕴藏量高生物质能,在山东省农村生物质能产业发展模式研究的基
础上,在影响农户生物质利用的科学合理分析因素的基础上,力求构建农村生物
质能的影响因素。以枣庄市为例对山东省能源利用模式进行研究,探索如何提高
山东省农村生物质能源产业竞争力,发挥山东作为农业大省在农村生物质资源开
放利用上的优势
其次,采用层次分析法和比较分析法相结合的方法对山东省农村生物质能产
业发展情况进行分析,发现农村居民的使用意识是农村可再生能源利用行为的前
提条件,成本和利用方式是影响农村可再生能源利用的内部情景因素,是促进农
村可再生能源利用的驱动因素
最后,通过山东省下属枣庄市作为具体研究地点,枣庄市一直以来是山东省
的煤炭基地,随着煤炭资源的不断开采,目前已被列为国家能源枯竭城市。以枣
庄市这样的一个典型亟需新旧动能转换的城市为例,寻找影响和制约当地生物质
产业发展的根源,针对当地的生物质分布情况和生物质生产情况,制定当地新能
源的开发策略,为能源枯竭型城市的转型找出一条新的道路。同时结合当地生物
质生产企业,通过向企业引入“互联网+”的概念,启发企业的经营思路,扩大
企业的经营范围,为企业找到一条新的发展之路。与此同时企业提出“企业+农户”
的合作模式,通过免费提供设备给农户,让农户帮助企业加工生物质能源,解决
了生物质成型产品服务半径有限的局面,拓宽了企业的经营范围,同时也给农民
带了一条增收致富之路。从而整体带动枣庄市生物质产业的发展,加快枣庄的城
市能源转型,为枣庄的绿色能源发展奠定了基础

Abstract
Energy is the material basis of human activities. The development of human
society depends on energy. Energy is an important part of human social development
and an important strategic resource. It plays an important role in promoting the
sustainable and healthy development of society and economy. For a long time, China’s
energy consumption has mainly depended on traditional coal, oil, natural gas and other
fossil fuels. With the acceleration of China’s overall well-to-do society’s pace, China’s
demands for energy have become higher and higher. Due to the increasing
environmental problems, the excessive emissions of various pollutants of traditional
fossil fuels have caused public concern.
First of all, as a province with a large of energy, agriculture, and population,
Shandong Province not only has abundant fossil energy, but also has a high biomass
energy reserve. Based on the study of the development model of rural biomass energy
industry, and analysis of the factors that block the biomass utilization in Shandong
Province, we will strive to build the influencing factors of rural biomass energy. This
paper takes Zao zhuang as an example to study the energy use model in Shandong
Province, explore how to improve the competitiveness of rural biomass energy industry
in Shandong Province, and give full play to Shandong's advantage as an agricultural
province in the use of rural biomass resources.
Secondly, the analysis of the development of the rural biomass energy industry in
Shandong Province was conducted using a combination of analytical hierarchy process
and comparative analysis. It was found that the awareness of rural residents' use is a
prerequisite for the use of renewable energy in rural areas. The cost and use patterns are
the internal circumstantial and driving factors that affect the utilization of rural
renewable energy.
Finally, this study taking Zaozhuang, a subordinate city of Shandong Province, as a
research site. Zaozhuang was once the coal base of Shandong Province and was
currently listed as a national energy-exhausted city. Based on such a typical city that
desperately needs to convert its old energy to new energy, to find a new path for the
transformation of energy-exhausted cities, by finding root cause that restrict the
development of the biomass and formulating local development strategies for new
energy industry according to the local biomass distribution and production. At the same
time, combining the local biomass production enterprises, through the introduction of
the concept of “Internet +” to enterprises, enlightening the business ideas of the
company and expanding the business scope of the company, to find a new development
path for companies. At the same time, the company proposes a “corporate + farmer”
cooperation model, providing equipment to farmers for free, allowing farmers to help
enterprises process biomass material, solve the limited service radius of the biomass
product, broaden the scope of the company's business, and also help farmers expand the。。。。。。
