摘要
龙广网络公司是一家省级广电运营商，随着国家“三网融合”的不断深入，
广播电视运营市场的不断开放，原有的库存管理体系已经无法满足需求，急需
对其进行调整。由于广电行业相对于其他行业存在其行业特殊性，不能直接套
用其他行业的库存管理方式。因此，需要针对其库存物资特性制定相应的库存
管策略，由于库存物资种类较多，而重点物资对库存水平具有决定性作用，本
论文仅针对重点物资进行管理策略制定
库存管理是企业运营管理中的重要组成部分，随着行业竞争的日益加剧，
单纯的库存管理已无法达到预期效果，供应链间实现共赢的理念开始得到广大
企业的认可。基于此，本论文从供应链环境下出发，从供应链的角度来优化龙
广网络公司的库存管理方式，以期获得更低的库存水平和更高的用户体验，达
到解决龙广网络公司库存管理问题为研究目标
本论文从龙广网络公司库存管理现状入手，对其进行具体深入的分析，找
出龙广网络公司库存管理的薄弱环节，总结龙广网络公司需亟待解决的问题及
成因。运用动态分类的方式对库存物资进行分类，采用二级仓库、整数补货、
寄售仓库等多种管理理论相结合的方式，对供应链上各个环节进行调整，降低
了公司的库存持有成本和管理成本

Abstract
Longguang network company is a provincial network operator, with the
National three networks integration of the deepening, broadcasting and television
operation market open, the original inventory management system can not meet the
demand, urgent adjustment to it. Because of the particularity of other industries, the
inventory management of other industries can not be applied directly. Therefore, it
is necessary to make the corresponding inventory management strategy according to
the characteristics of the inventory materials. Because there are many kinds of
inventory materials and the key materials play a decisive role in the inventory level,
this paper only makes the management strategy for the key materials.
Inventory management is an important part of enterprise operation
management. With the increasing competition of industry, simple inventory
management can not achieve the expected effect. Based on this, this paper optimizes
the inventory management of longguang network company from the supply chain
environment, in order to obtain lower inventory level and higher user experience, so
as to solve the inventory management problem of longguang network company.
This paper starts with the current status of inventory management of longguang
network company, analyzes it in detail, finds out the weak link of inventory
management of longguang network company, summarizes the problems and causes
that longguang network company needs to solve urgently. By using dynamic
classification method to classify inventory materials, using a combination of
secondary warehouse, integer replenishment, consignment warehouse and other
management theories, all the links in the supply chain are adjusted, which reduces
the cost of inventory holding and management.
