Abstract
In recent years, modern Internet enterprises and traditional financial institutions, based
on the Internet mobile communication technology, make full use of the new technologies such
as cloud computing, large data, 4G high-speed communication and so on, to bring the
innovation of the traditional financial industry into full play. The new Internet finance model
has challenged the traditional commercial banks' operating mode, profit model and service
model, subverting the dominant position of the traditional commercial banks in the financial
field. As an important part of the financial field, the municipal commercial banks are also be
affected.
HB municipal commercial bank has made certain achievements in microfinance, Russian
finance and other fields. In recent years the face area overall slowing economic growth, talent
loss and other unfavorable factors, and the rise of nearly two years ofinternet financial tide,
HB municipal commercial bank is the lack of preparation, in the process of the development
of Internet banking has been in the imitation and follow other Internet financial enterprises.It
has not been able to make a good combination of its advantages in Russian finance,
agriculture finance and other aspects, and has not been able to formulate reasonable solutions
and scientific development strategies.
This paper will conduct a more comprehensive analysis of the development of Internet
Finance in HB municipal commercial bank, and find out the problems in the development of
Internet Finance and analyze the reasons. Then the internal and external environment of the
development of Internet finance is analyzed and the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and
challenges of the bank's development of Internet finance are found. Then the SWOT analysis
method is used to put forward the corresponding strategic objectives. The strategic direction
and means of implementation are formulated according to the strategic objectives. Finally, in
order to ensure the smooth implementation of the Internet financial development strategy,
specific safeguards are put forward.
