CY粮食集团财务管理模式研究
摘要
随着我国经济体制的不断变化，企业要想在社会经济中站稳脚跟，谋求长远的发展，
就必须要加强企业的财务管理，财务管理是企业得以发展最有力的保证，财务管理是一
项综合的管理工作，它可以关联到企业的每一个生产经营环节，财务管理的目标是为了
实现企业的价值最优，因此，财务管理在企业拥有这举足轻重的位置。本文以CY粮食
集团作为研究对象，探讨粮食集团财务管理模式的问题，为企业的有效管理提供了帮助

本文介绍了CY粮食集团现行财务管理情况，对现行财务管理的特点进行了深入的
分析，针对目前CY粮食集团的基本财务管理体制和现行财务管理模式，重点分析了目
前集团财务管理模式存在的各种问题和形成问题的原因，然后筛选影响财务管理模式的
关键因素，并做出具体分析。结合CY粮食集团的基本情况和问题成因分析后，制定了
CY粮食集团的财务管理模式优化的方案，将现行的财务管理模式优化成“强化集权，
适度分权”的混合型财务管理模式。并且将服务链的理论思想运用在财务管理模式优化
当中，基于服务链思想的基础之上提出了财务共享服务中心的具体构建。对财务管理模
式中各个模块的流程、流程再造、资源整合以及财务信息化都进行了优化。最后，本文
针对CY粮食集团在优化后的财务管理模式运行时可能出现的问题提出了保障措施，并
对全文进行总结

Abstract
Alongwithourcountryeconomicsystemchanging,theenterprisewanttogaina
footholdinthesocialeconomy,toseeklong-termdevelopment,itisnecessarytostrengthen
theenterprise'sfinancialmanagement,financialmanagementisthemostpowerfulguarantee
tothedevelopmentoftheenterprise,financialmanagementisacomprehensivemanagement
work,itcanbeassociatedwiththeenterpriseeverylinkinproductionandmanagement,
financialmanagementgoalistoachievetheoptimalvalueoftheenterprise,therefore,the
financialmanagementintheenterprisehastheimportantposition.ThispapertakesCYgrain
groupastheresearchobject,discussestheproblemofthefinancialmanagementmodeof
graingroup,andprovideshelpfortheeffectivemanagementoftheenterprise.
CYgraingroupwereintroducedinthispaperthecurrentfinancialmanagementsituation,
thecharacteristicofthefinancialmanagementinthecurrentcarriedonthethoroughanalysis,
aimingatCYgraingroup,thebasicfinancialmanagementsystemandthecurrentfinancial
managementmode,focusonanalysisofthecurrentvariousproblemsofgroupfinancial
managementmodeandtheformationofthecauseoftheproblem,andthenscreeningofthe
keyfactorsthataffectthefinancialmanagementmode,andmakeaconcreteanalysis.
CombinedwithCYgraingroup,afteranalysisthebasicsituationandproblem,madethe
financialmanagementmodeofCYgraingroupoptimizationscheme,willbeoptimizedinthe
currentfinancialmanagementmodeofstrengtheningcentralization,moderate
decentralizationmixedfinancialmanagementmode.Moreover,thetheoreticalthoughtof
servicechainisappliedintheoptimizationoffinancialmanagementmode,andtheconcrete
constructionoffinancialsharingservicecenterisproposedbasedontheservicechain.The
process,processreengineering,resourceintegrationandfinancialinformatizationofeach
moduleinthefinancialmanagementmodeareoptimized.Finally,thispaperputsforwardthe
guaranteemeasuresfortheproblemsthatCYgraingroupmayappearintheoperationofthe
optimizedfinancialmanagementmode,andsummarizesthewholepaper.
ItisurgenttostrengthenthefinancialinnovationofCYgraingroup,explorethe
financialpotential,improveitsfinancialmanagementlevel,andoptimizethefinancial
