本文采用文献研究、实地调研、比较分析的方法,以职业生涯管理理论为基础,首
先介绍了职业生涯管理及专业技术人员激励因素的国内外研究现状,然后以DF研究院
为实体调研单位,通过分析研究院的基本情况、专业技术人员的特点,以及研究院对专
业技术人员职业生涯管理的现状,肯定其合理的部分,同时找出存在的问题及问题的原
因,最后运用相关理论并结合DF研究院的实际情况,设计出专业技术人员职业生涯管
理的完善方案,使其管理更加科学化、系统化,并提出相应的保障措施
本文研究DF研究院专业技术人员的职业生涯管理,其主要贡献在于针对专业技术
人员为DF研究院核心竞争优势的情况,根据其特点及在企业发展中的重要作用,有针
对性地构建出专业技术人员职业生涯管理实施方案及其保障措施,对研究院持续有效协
调稳定地发展提供了强有力的支持

Abstract
Career management is one of the important means to realize the goal of enterprise human
resource management. It is a process that the organization combines individual development
with enterprise goal, analyzes, measures and summarizes the subjective and objective factors
that determine the employee's career, through the design, planning, implementation, evaluation
and feedback, and finally the each employee's career goals are consistent with the company's
strategic goals.It is connected with human resource management means such as training and
remuneration. It pays attention to the development of the staff while realizing the value pursuit
of the organization, and finally realizes the win-win goal of the common development of the
organization and the staff.
Based on the theory of career management, this paper first introduces the current research
situation of career management and the motivation factors of professional and technical
personnel at home and abroad, adopting the methods of literature research, field investigation
and comparative analysis. Then taking DF Research Institute as the entity research unit,
through the analysis of basic situation of the Research Institute and the characteristics of
professional and technical personnel, as well as the status of career management of research
institute’s professional and technical personnel, it affirms the reasonable part, and at the same
time, finds out the existing problems and the reasons for the problems. Finally it uses the
relevant theory principles combining with the actual situation of DF Research Institute to
design the improvement scheme for career management of professional and technical
personnel, make its management more scientific and systematic, and put forward the
corresponding safeguard measures.
This paper studies the career management of professional and technical personnel in DF
Research Institute. Its main contribution lies in the fact that professional and technical
personnel are the core competitive advantage of DF Research Institute, according to its
