本文以现代SCM(供应链管理)理论和S&OP理论为依据,利用物流管理管理理
论、需求管理理论、冲突管理理论以及互联网+和工业制造4.0的理论,对海尔公司
外销订单的S&OP体系分析和研究,找出存在的问题,总结成功的经验,提高协同的
效率,降低公司的成本,使企业持续保持竞争优势,不断提升核心竞争力。重点从
海尔公司外销订单的产销匹配、S&OP运营体系以及物流和信息流的同步模式等方面
进行研究, 海尔公司存在的产销冲突,协同效率低,以及信息脱节的问题,从平台
体系、团队管理和订单管理上提炼出成熟的模式和优化的建议,输出其他企业可参
照的外销订单的S&OP协同模式

Abstract
Nowadays, China's economy has entered a New Normal era and our government is
speeding up supply-side reform. In the transformation era of new and old energy,
enterprises need to reduce capacity, inventory, leverage and costs and we should strive
for innovation of technology, mechanism and platform and have responsibilities to
contribute to supply-side reform and energy conversion between new and old era. At the
same time, the manufacturing industry has entered the Industrial 4.0 and Internet Plus
stage and customers’ needs have become much more of networking, fragmentation. Faced
with social responsibilities and market challenges, enterprises must change traditional
supply chain operation and management mode, meanwhile, enhance the synergy
efficiency and response speed, reduce the cooperative cost and inventory risk, and finally
output the full process and efficient S&OP platform model through the S&OP (Sales &
Operations Planning sales and operation plan) system.
Based on the modern SCM (Supply Chain Management) theory and S&OP theory,
the theory of logistics management, demand management theory and conflict
management theory and Internet Plus and Industrial 4.0 manufacturing theory, this article
analyzed the S&OP system of Haier's export orders and found out the existing problems,
summarized successful experience to improve the efficiency of synergy, reduce costs,
enable enterprises to maintain competitive advantages and enhance core competitiveness
continuously. This thesis emphatically studied Haier’s matching issue of export orders’
manufacture and sales, S&OP operating system, synchronous mode of logistics and
information flow. Haier has the problems of conflicts between production and marketing ,
low synergy efficiency and information disconnection. This article refines mature models
and proposes suggestions for optimization from aspects of platform system, team
management and order management, and finally outputs S&OP collaborative mode of
export orders that other enterprises can also refer to.
