摘要
YM 公司位于江苏省苏州市，公司是主要从事轨道交通装备研发、生产和服务的
高技术企业，在为苏州市的经济发展作出了积极贡献的同时，公司本身也在各方面取
得了优异的成绩。但是因企业迅速发展的同时，也需要配比足够的资金，然而因企业
的自身资金不足，导致企业的发展还是受到了一定的影响。企业的融资工作面临着严
峻的考验

本文对 YM 公司融资的现状进行了详细的分析，结合国内外的相关研究成果，采
取理论结合实际的探索方法，对 YM 公司融资策略作了深入的探讨。研究过程中，首
先对 YM 公司的整体现状进行调查并获取相关数据及资料，并在此基础上对公司所处
融资环境进行详细的探讨，指出了公司在融资方面有一定行业优势，但也受制于政府
政策、高度依赖银行贷款筹资、公司结构设置不合理、公司财务状况不稳定等方面的
劣势，并在以上分析的基础上提出适合 YM 公司的新的融资建议。一方面，企业应该
加强自身实力的建设；另一方面，企业应善于利用外部资源，结合自身条件来寻找到
适合自己的融资方式。作者最后对完善融资的保障措施做了讨论和总结。旨在通过本
篇论文的探讨来解决 YM 公司的融资难题，并为其他企业融资理论提供相关案例参
考

Study on Financing Problem of YM Company
Abstract
YM company is located in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, the company is a high-tech
enterprise which mainly engaged in production, research, development and service for rail
transportation equipment. The company has made a positive contribution to Suzhou City’s
economic development, and the company itself has made outstanding achievements in all
aspects. But due to the rapid development step of enterprises and the fact is company
lacking funds to catch up step of development, The company’s development are impacted,
financing work is also facing a severe test.
This paper summarized current financing status of YM company, Combining with
relevant research results in China and abroad. This paper makes a deep discussion on YM
financing strategy by combining theory with practical exploration method. In the course of
the research, the whole situation of YM company is investigated and the relevant data and
information are obtained. On this basis, the financing environment of the company is
discussed in detail, which points out that the company has certain industry advantages in
terms of financing. However, It highly dependent and affected by those disadvantage such
as the government policy, bank financing policy, the unreasonable company structure, and
unstable company financial situation, and on the basis of the above analysis, the paper give
new recommendations for YM company in financing. On the one hand, enterprises should
strengthen their own strength, on the other hand, enterprises should be good at using
external resources and combining with their own conditions to find suitable financing way.
Finally, the author discusses and summarizes the secure measures to accomplish financing.
This paper intend to solve the financing problems for YM Company by the discussion , and
providing case reference for other enterprise financing theory.
