摘要
伴随着经济新常态和科技技术的的不断变化,创新行业企业面临的国内外
大环境和企业之间竞争环境正在发生重要改变,企业掌握知识的质量和数量是
企业竞争力的提高越来越被依赖的,这要求企业通过积极调动企业内外的知识,
通过知识共享的知识管理方式积极地获取新的知识。而企业进行知识共享、进
行技术创新的关键是领导行为对组织和员工的影响。目前,创新行业的知识共
享效果不佳,在已有文献中,关于创新行业知识共享的研究比较少,特别是缺
少领导行为对知识共享影响的研究

现在已经进入领导行为作用数据驱动实证研究的时期。各行业最有效的领
导应共推变革型领导作为现代领导理论的代表。由于学者们长期致力于变革型
领导对组织和员工的作用机理研究,有关的研究成果浩如烟海。另一方面,作
为检验企业发展重要指标之一,知识共享对企业发展形成其影响因素研究也是
热火朝天。从当前文献的整理现状分析,变革型领导对知识共享带来的影响的
研究大多还停留在理论层面。面对此种情况,本文必须要找到答案的两个问题
就出来了:变革型领导对知识共享有什么影响如果存在影响,那么变革型领导
与知识共享影响机制是怎样的在回顾现有文献基础上,本研究探讨创新型企业
中知识共享的影响因素,为高水平知识共享提供理论和实践指导

因此,本研究开展了三方面的工作:首先,在知识共享主体方面,研究企
业内部关系的维度之一,即变革型领导对创新行业知识共享的影响;其次,在
知识共享方面,研究知识共享三种属性,即多维度性、系统过程性和特殊阶段
性对创新行业的影响;最后,研究变革型领导与知识共享之间的作用

本研究的创新点包括以下两个方面:
(1)综合使用领导理论、绩效理论等,联系调查问卷的结果,将之置入结构
方程模型进行分析,试图全面解释变革型领导与知识共享影响机理

(2)方法运用:在实证辨析的过程中,使用多元回归,联系结构方程模型,
在多层线性模型和 STATA 软件的辅助之下,联合 SEM 方式,从实证方面为调
整变革型领导对知识共享的影响做了详细地说明

Along with the new normal economic and technology constantly changing and
innovation industry competition between the enterprises are faced with the domestic
and foreign environment and the enterprise environment is undergoing significant
change, the quality and quantity of enterprise knowledge is the enterprise&39;s ability to
compete more and more dependent, this requires enterprise by actively mobilize
enterprise internal and external knowledge, through the knowledge sharing
knowledge management mode actively acquiring new knowledge It is the key of
enterprise knowledge sharing, technical innovation is the key to leadership behavior
influence on organization and employees. .On the basis of existing research,this study
investigated the factors that affect Technology Innovation knowledge sharing to
provide theoretical guidance for Technology Innovation Knowledge Sharing by
empirical research.
It is the time empirical study by data drived that leader behaviour
influencing .Industries one of the most effective leaders should push the
transformational leadership as the representative of modern leadership theory.
Because scholars devoted to transformational leadership mechanism research of
organization and staff, about the results of the study are vast.As inspection, on the
other hand, one of the important indicators of enterprise development, knowledge
sharing research on the effect factor of enterprise development is also hot.From the
existing literature review, the transformational leadership impact on knowledge
sharing in the limitations of present a theory level only.It is in this background, the
birth of this article to solve two key questions: what is the effect of transformational
leadership on knowledge sharingIf there is influence, transformational leadership
and the knowledge sharing mechanism on the impact of what kind ofBased on the
review of existing literature, this study explores the influence factors of knowledge
sharing in innovative enterprises, provide the theory and practice guidance for the
high level of knowledge sharing.Therefore,on the basis of previous studies,this study carried out research in one
of the three areas: firstly,how the subject factor the transformational leadership
influences Technology Innovation knowledge sharing. Secondly,how the influencing
factors from the object aspect including knowledge sharing multi-dimensional,
system process and special stage influence technology innovation knowledge sharing
are studied. Lastly,the mediator between the company inner and Technology
Innovation knowledge sharing are studied,the empirical results indicate that between
the transformational leadership knowledge sharing.
The novelties of this study are:
(1) the integrated use of leadership theory and performance theory and the
theory of multi-level, the methods of structural equation modeling and the
questionnaire survey, and tried to explain the comprehensive influence mechanism of
transformational leadership and knowledge sharing.
(2) Methods application: it is related variable relationship in the field of
empirical study,using structural equation model method and STATA 12.0, this paper
the integrated use of structural equation model and multi-layer linear model two kinds
of variables analysis technology, the combination of SEM use to solve organizational
behavior research provides the instance variables in the relationship.
