本文以L港口集装箱装卸价格为研宄对象,通过识别L港口集装箱装卸定价管理影
响因素,利用AHP方法确定各级指标因素的权重,并结合权重分布提出了 L港口集装
箱装卸定价管理的策略与建议。通过对国内外港口定价、集装箱装卸价格等相关文献进
行梳理,从发表时间、被引频次两个方面了解国内外集装箱装卸定价的研宄现状,总结
发现国内外缺少对港口集装箱装卸定价影响因素的探讨。并详细阐述三种服务定价理
论,即成本导向定价法、需求导向定价法、竞争导向定价法。论文系统性分析了国内外
集装箱港口的装卸定价策略和管理方法。结合L港口集装箱装卸价格定价管理现状进行
详细讨论,分析其目前现状与问题
本文进一步识别了 L港口集装箱装卸定价的影响因素,结合L港口的区位等特征,
在介绍层次分析法内涵与步骤基础上,构建了 L港口集装箱装卸定价AHP模型。通过
咨询问卷对各指标相对重要性权重进行估计,发现成本因素是最重要的一级维度,港内
集装箱码头间竞争是最关键的二级维度。借助指标权重分布测度公式验证了各层指标的
相对重要性权值差异较为显著,说明基于AHP的L港口集装箱装卸定价模型的指标权
重度量结果较为理想。在权重确定之后,通过模糊综合评判方法对L港口进行实证研宄,
证明了该权重分布与L港口实际情况的契合。最后结合L港口集装箱装卸价格定价影响
因素权重的分布情况,针对其定价、管理等方面的不足,从定价策略、管理方法、以及
其他方面提出建议与对策

Abstract
In recent years, with the local governments in coastal constantly promote the
construction of container terminals, terminal hardware facilities and business level gradually
close. It makes the container terminal handling price more and more important. The container
handling pricing has become one of the most important factors of port. But for a long time,
container handling price management get a little growth. This paper uses L port container
handling price as the object of study. By constructing L port container loading price
influencing factor evaluation model, and use AHP to determine the weight of influencing
factors. And through the empirical study to analyze L port container handling price
management status. Firstly, analyzing literatures of port pricing and container handling price
domestic and international. From time and cited frequency to analyze container loading and
unloading pricing, and concludes that there are few researches on influencing factors on port
container loading and unloading price at home and abroad. Secondly, it elaborates three kinds
of service pricing theories, namely cost-oriented pricing method, demand-oriented pricing
method and competition-oriented pricing method. And introduces the related concepts and
connotations of contract theory, and expounds three more mature contract theories, namely,
principal-agent theory, property right theory and transaction cost theory. Then, the present
situation of LYG container loading and unloading price pricing management is discussed in
detail. Later, this paper analyzes the loading and unloading pricing strategy and management
method of container port both at home and abroad. Then based on extensive literature review
and expert panel discussions, this paper identify the influence factors that affect L port
container handling pricing. Combined with the characteristics of L port,influencing factors
evaluation model ofL port container handling price, included cost factors, box factors, market
competition factors and government factors 4 criteria dimensions, capital costs, operating
costs, maintenance costs etc. 14 sub-dimensions. By expert consultation questionnaire and
AHP to determine the relative importance weights of these hierarchy factors, and find the cost
factor is the most important criterion dimension, the competition among the container
terminals in the port is the most important sub-dimension. With the index measures the weight
distribution formula to verify the value of the difference between the relative weights of each
layer is obvious, indicating that the influence factors evaluation model based on AHP
measurement in
results is reasonable. Finally, an empirical study was conducted through questionnaires
by hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on L port. And find out its pricing is between
general and good. Combining with the actual results of L port container handling price, this
paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasiires on its pricing and management
from the aspects of pricing strategy, management method and so on.

1.1.1研究背景
随着经济全球化和集装箱运输的迅速发展,中国集装箱港口的数量不断增加,集装
箱码头的竞争日趋激烈。根据表1-1数据显示,2013年全球港口吞吐量前20位中,中
国独揽9个席位,充分说明我国已成为全球主要经济体以及物流中心之一。结合表1-2
的数据发现,2014年集装箱吞吐量居世界前20位的港口中,我国就占一半之多。结合
以上数据可以看出,我国单个港口、单个集装箱港口的吞吐规模已经居世界前列

我国于2002-2004年开始对港口管理体制进行大规模整改,港口管理权下放到地方
政府,一城一港,政企分开。沿海各地方政府不断推动码头建设,港口之间竞争愈演愈
烈,各地码头硬件设施逐步接近,使得码头装卸价格的重要性日益凸显:一方面可以直
接吸引货源,另一方面关系码头收入和地方政府的投资回报。码头价格成为货方、港方、
政府三方关注的焦点,集装箱装卸价格的优势已成为影响码头发展的重要因素之一
