摘要
全球一体化是目前国际经济的主旋律,我国也已加入 WTO 多年,并完全实现
了对外开放。海外商品不断涌入国内,国内商品也逐渐进入世界各地的市场货架,
交互频率不断加大。因此,加快建设与国际物流相适应的物流产业显得迫在眉睫

完善的物流系统(特别是港口物流体系)有助于进一步释放中国的经济活力,挖
掘经济发展潜力。我国虽然地广辽阔,物产丰盈,但是单位陆地面积所占的海岸
线的长度却只能排在世界的第 94 位。截止到 2015 年,中国 34 个省级行政区划
中,不包括港澳台地区,沿海港口城市只有 32 个,沿江港口 22 个。因此,为了
大力发展中国经济,必须仿照港口建设发展无水内陆港

兰州国际港务区位于“丝绸之路经济带甘肃黄金段”重要节点,是西部内陆
地区重要的国际物流中转枢纽和国际贸易物资集散中心。为与国际、国内港口搭
建无缝衔接的运输走廊、现代物流运输管理网络,港务区下属的投资开发有限公
司现阶段在不断探索产业化物流业务发展的战略及措施。因此,如何利用机遇和
优势,从战略的高度研究物流业务产业化发展,使公司在市场竞争中持续处于有
利地位,具有重要意义和研究价值

本文结合国内外相关理论研究,论述和分析了与物流业务发展相关的战略管
理理论和产业集群理论,在借鉴国内外临港产业发展的基础上,提高了本文研究
的理论价值。本文运用 PEST 分析和外部因素评价矩阵(EFE),对兰州国际港务
区投资开发有限公司物流业务发展所处的宏观环境、行业市场环境和竞争环境进
行分析,总结其面临的机遇与挑战。同时,对兰州国际港务区投资开发有限公司
物流业务自身现状、资源和能力情况进行分析,通过内部因素评价矩阵(IFE)
总结了其内部优势和劣势。在分析研究的基础上,运用 SWOT 矩阵匹配出了可选
择的物流业务的发展战略方案,运用定量战略评价矩阵(QSPM)分析得出兰州物
流业务发展采用的策略:S+O 增长型战略。最后,依据战略制定相应的保障措施:
通过扩大市场、拉动需求,提供差异化的产品和服务,加强信息建设、培养国际
物流人才等措施,增强市场渗透能力,提高市场占有率和业务规模,进而提升公
司整体的盈利和市场竞争力,为兰州国际港务区投资开发有限公司物流业务进入
国际市场奠定基础

Abstract
Globalization is the main theme of the current international economy. Our country has jointed
WTO for many years, and fully opened to the outside world. Overseas commodities are constantly
pouring into domestic, and domestic commodities are gradually entering the markets around the
world, and the frequency of interaction is increasing. Therefore, it is imminent to speed up the
construction of the logistics industry which is adapted to the international logistics. The perfect
logistics system (especially the port logistics system) will help to further release China&39;s economic
vitality and tap the potential of economic development. Although our country is vast and rich in
products, the length of the coastline of the land area of the unit can only rank ninety-fourth place
in the world. By the end of 2015, there were only 32 coastal port cities and 22 port cities along the
river. Therefore, in order to develop China&39;s economy vigorously, it is necessary to develop
waterless land port by following the construction of the port.
Lanzhou International Trade&Logistic Park is located at the important node of the “golden
section of Gansu of the Silk Road Economic Belt ”is an important international logistics transfer
hub and an international trade material distribution center in the western inland area. In order to
build seamless transportation corridors, modern logistics and transportation management network
with international and domestic ports, the investment and development Co., Ltd. under the port
area is constantly exploring and developing strategies and measures for industrial logistics
development business. Therefore, how to make full use of opportunities and advantages to study
the industrialization development of logistics business from a strategic height and make the
company continues to be in a favorable position in the market competition, that is of great
significance and research value.
This paper combines the relevant theoretical research at domestic and abroad, discusses and
analyzes the theory of strategic management and the theory of industrial cluster related to the
development of logistics business, improves the theoretical value of this paper on the basis of the
development of port industry at domestic and abroad. This paper analyses the macro environment,
industry market environment and competitive environment of the development of logistics
business of investment and development Co., Ltd. in Lanzhou International Trade&Logistic
Park ,and sums up the opportunities and challenges they are facing by using PEST Analysis and
External Factor Evaluation Matrix (EFE) Analysis. At the same time, the paper analyzes the
current situation, resources and capabilities of the development of logistics business of investment

internal strengths and weaknesses through the Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix (IFE). The
SWOT Matrix is used to match the optional development strategy of the logistics business based
on the analysis and research. By using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) to get
the strategy of the development of Lanzhou logistics business: S+O intensive growth strategy.
Finally, make the corresponding safeguard measures according to the strategy: Enhance market
penetration and increase market share and business scale, so as to improve the overall profit and
market competitiveness of logistics company by expanding market, pulling demand, providing
differentiated products and services, strengthening information construction and training
international logistics talents and other methods to lay the foundation for the logistics business of
investment and development Co., Ltd. in Lanzhou International Trade&Logistic Park to enter the
international market.
