摘要
目前随着国家经济增长放缓,产业结构调整,汽车产业在经历了十几年的高
速发展后也进入了调整期,汽车产业的高额利润时代己经过去。随着环保、交通
的压力,以及消费者对产品质量和技术越来越高的要求,各大车企的竞争也愈趋
激烈。BJC作为一家在北京建立的有着十多年生产经验的中外合资汽车零部件生
产企业,见证了北京汽车产业的成长与崛起,也同样面临着利润空间下滑、技术
要求不断提升等产业、市场环境的变化。为此,BJC就要分析其面临的机会与威
胁,确立适合其自身发展的战略规划

本人利用自身供职于BJC企业,对其发展历程、自身资源充分了解的优势,
收集了大量公司的信息资料,并通过对公司高层,各部门经理及资深员工进行走
访调查,以及与汽车行业资深人士的对话访谈,汇总了 BJC内部资源的各类数据,
通过分析,得出其优势和劣势。然后通过SWOT矩阵分析法对内外部环境进行了
分析,得出BJC的发展战略备选方案,接着用QSPM评价矩阵得出BJC的战略规
划,并对战略的实施和控制以及评估提出了可行的设计方案和措施

本文可供BJC公司制定企业发展战略时参考,其他相关企业也可借鉴

RESEARCH OH THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF THE BJC
AUTOMOTIVE COMONPENTS COMPANY
ABSTRACT
At present as the country&39;s slow economic growth, readjustment of the industrial
structure, the automobile industry has experienced more than 10 years of rapid
development has entered a period of adjustment, the auto industry profits gone. With
the pressures of environmental protection, transportation, as well as consumers
increasingly high demands on product quality and technology, car Enterprise
competition is increasingly fierce. BJC as a company in Beijing has more than 10
years of experience in the production of Chinese-foreign joint venture auto parts
manufacturer, witnessed the growth and rise of Beijing automotive industry also faces
a profit decline, technology requires constant upgrading of industry, changes in the
market environment. To this end, the BJC we should analyze the opportunities and
threats it faces, establishment of development suited to its own strategic planning.
I use my advantage of working at BJC company, collected a large amount of
company information and through investigation and interviews with company
executives, department heads and senior staff, as well as with the automotive industry
veteran Of the dialogue, summarizes the BJC internal resources of various types of
data, through analysis, to draw its advantages and disadvantages. Then, the internal
and external environment is analyzed by SWOT matrix analysis, and the development
strategy of BJC is obtained. Then, the strategic planning of BJC is obtained by QSPM
evaluation matrix, and a feasible design is put forward for the implementation and
control of strategy and evaluation Programs and measures.
This paper can be references for the BJC company to develop enterprise
development strategies, other companies also can take it for reference.
