本文从质量管理的 3 个方面:产品设计质量、制造过程质量、质量管理的执
行方面进行深入分析,有针对性地生成解决方案,并根据质量管理的八项原则思
路提出解决方案实施的保障措施。针对分析出来的问题,使用系统的方法在知识
管理、质量风险管理、制造防错、质量印象和 QC 活动小组方面提出相关的改进
方案,最后就改进方案的实施提出文化、战略、培训和激励方面的保障措施
通过对 FM 零部件公司这一样本的质量问题研究,希望为同仁们提供一些思
考和启发,对于提高产品设计质量、制造过程质量以及质量管理执行等方面提供
参考,同时,希望为国内正向全球扩张的汽车零部件制造企业、本土制造企业提
供借鉴

ABSTRACT
By the rapid development of global procurement, auto parts company trend to
separate from vehicle companies. But auto parts companies should be involved into the
solution of vehicle quality failures when customer complaints come. From the cases of
automobile recall in past years, some causes are from vehicle design and assembly
quality, mostly are from the quality of auto parts. By deep study on these failures,
Quality Management is found to be close to the root cause. So auto components
companies are expected to win in the extensive competition, they should focus on their
quality management, provide the excellent parts and services
