本文将以 DZ 学院为例,探讨基于校企合作的就业指导体系的优化建议。文
章首先通过对 DZ 学院就业指导体系的现状进行分析,结合针对学生和企业的问
卷调查,分析其就业指导体系中存在的问题;然后,分析基于校企合作就业指导
体系建立的可行性;最后,从引导企业参与校企合作、就业指导队伍建设、就业
指导内容和监督考核机制建设四个方面提出基于校企合作就业指导体系的优化
建议
DZ 学院采取“产学结合、校企合作”的办学模式,积极推行“订单式”人
才培养模式,在校企合作方面有一定基础,就业指导工作开展较早,对其就业指
导体系进行研究,并提出优化建议,对国内同类型高职院校的发展有一定的经验
参考价值,同时也是对目前大学生就业难问题一次理论上的探讨

Abstract
Since the beginning of the 21st century, China&39;s higher education has
experienced a period of rapid expansion, university education gradually shifted from
elite education to popular education, the number of graduates increased year by year,
college students employment difficult problem every year will become a hot topic.
Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in China. The
number of graduates is equal to that of undergraduates each year. The employment
problem of graduates should be paid attention to by the whole society. The
employment guidance work as a key part of the employment of graduates of
vocational colleges is not only the main means to promote the smooth employment of
graduates, but also an important part of the daily administration and student
management of higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges to establish a
reasonable and effective employment guidance system, both from the school, society
or students have a very important point of view. From the historical point of view,
China&39;s higher vocational education started late, many vocational colleges in the
development process will focus on the construction of the campus and the scale of
development, while ignoring the employment guidance system construction, and
because of the lack of business The effect of employment guidance and the actual
needs of enterprises have a greater deviation, at present most of the vocational
guidance system is not perfect. The cooperation between schools and enterprises is to
solve the current problems of many colleges and universities breakthrough, is the
future reform and development of higher vocational education. National long-term
education reform and development plan (2010-2020) is proposed to establish a sound
government-led, industry guidance, business participation in the school mechanism, to
develop policies and regulations to promote school-enterprise cooperation.
This paper will take DZ College as an example to discuss the optimization of
employment guidance system based on school-enterprise cooperation. Through the
analysis of the status quo of employment guidance system of DZ College, this paper
analyzes the existence of employment guidance system in combination with
questionnaire survey for students and enterprises Finally, from the guidance of
enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation, employment guidance team
building, employment guidance content and supervision and evaluation mechanism
construction in four areas based on the cooperation between schools and enterprises to
work on the basis of the school-enterprise cooperation and employment guidance
system; Guidance system optimization recommendations.
