摘要
改革开放以来,我国的道路运输业取得了长足进步。交通基础设施越来越完
善、越来越便利人们的生活,从高速到高铁,再到轻轨和机场都在以极快的速
度建设并向前发展,可以说不断的呈现出网络化的特征,也具有极为明显的立
体性,滴滴、专车等移动网约车平台的喷井化,传统国有道路运输客运企业与
铁路、民航、网约车之间的竞争日趋白热化,往日分光难现,发展前景堪忧

泉州闽运作为泉州市规模最大的道路客运企业,伴随高铁的普及和全面推广应
用、旅客量下滑越来越快,而私家车对应的保有量则是呈现飞速增长的态势,
同时同行间的激烈竞争、互联网+时代下科技公司的插足跨界,在如此新形势和
新挑战下,应如何向规模化、规范化、多元化企业方向转型发展,是丞待解决
的一大课题

本文以企业战略管理的基本理论为基础,通过对泉州闽运发展历史背景、
外部环境、内部环境分析,借助诸多数据、实证以及信息和铁路、公路与民航
的整体发展情况进行比对,并从企业自身在不同历史时期的经营数据出发予以
比较,运用 SWOT 分析法系统地分析了泉州闽运的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,找
出企业的核心竞争力和存在的问题,基于保证长远发展的目的考量,相信企业一
定要转变发展战略,从原来的增长型转变为多元化。最终根据企业战略管理相
关理论和泉州闽运存在的现实问题,为未来战略的发展走向、发展模式予以确
定,同时根据业务模块进行经营战略以及实施措施的具体制定,并给予对应的
实施保障

本研究于泉州闽运这一处在转型发展阶段的企业来讲,实际意义非常明显,
于相同行业的其他经营主体来讲,在发展过程中,同样有参考价值

Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, China&39;s road transport industry has made great
progress. More and more perfect transport infrastructure, more and more convenient

continue to show the characteristics of the network, But also has a very obvious

railways, civil aviation, network bus competition between the increasingly intense,
the past is difficult to develop, The prospect is worrying. Quanzhou Min Yun as

Based on the basic theory of enterprise strategic management, this paper
compares the historical background, external environment and internal environment
of Quanzhou Minyun, and compares with the overall development of railway,
highway and civil aviation by means of many data, This paper analyzes the
advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Quanzhou Minyun
systematically by using SWOT analysis method, and finds out the core
competitiveness and existing problems of enterprises. Based on the guarantee of
long-term development, the author analyzes the advantages, disadvantages and
opportunities of Quanzhou Minyun in different historical periods. The purpose of
consideration, I believe enterprises must change the development strategy, from the
original growth into diversification. Finally, according to the relevant theory of
enterprise strategic management and the real problems of Quanzhou Minyun, theV
development strategy of the future strategy is determined, and the business strategy
and the implementation measures are formulated according to the business module,
and the corresponding implementation guarantee is given.
This study is in Quanzhou Min Yun this in the transition stage of the enterprise
in terms of the actual significance is very obvious in the same industry in terms of
other business entities, in the development process, the same reference value.
