化工机械制造企业，作为化工行业产业链的中游企业，想要在市场竞争中突出重
围，获得更多的市场份额，供应链的管理优化更加重要。而我国现在大部分制造业企
业，供应链管理中，包括供应商管理、成本控制、流程与环节设计等经营环节都存在
许多问题

SDLX 化工机械公司是一家典型的化学机械制造型企业，长期以来由于供应链管
理不当，导致成本过高、库存过大、企业内部和外部沟通不畅等问题，直接影响了企
业的经营利润

本文采用实证分析法，以供应链管理的相关研究作为理论依据，根据 SDLX 公司
的供应链现状进行详细的分析，总结其中存在的问题，再据此提出一个符合公司现实
需求的供应链管理优化设计方案

根据 SDLX 公司的具体情况，本文提出应当从供应环节、库存环节、供应商环节
和审核检验环节，借助现代化的电子商务手段，来搭建一个系统的降低成本，提高沟
通效率的供应链管理模式。本文对优化方案的效果进行了评价，并对解决方法的可行
性以及不足之处进行了总结，最终提出供应链管理策略，应当基于互联网发展的前提，
加强信息化供应链管理体系的建设，重视与供应链上相关成员的沟通与合作。同时，
供应链管理也需要加大对管理和专业人才的培养和激励

ABSTRACT
Supply chain management is an important part of enterprise management. The
competition of supply chain management becomes the key content of enterprise
competition. The optimization strategy of supply chain management has become a hot
topic of enterprise management performance. Chemical machinery manufacturing
enterprises, as the middle reaches of the industrial chain of the chemical industry, want to
compete in the market competition, get more market share, supply chain management
optimization is more important. But in our country, there are many problems in supply
chain management, including supplier management, cost control, process and link design.
SDLX chemical machinery company is a typical chemical mechanical manufacturing
enterprises, long-term supply chain because of improper management, lead to high cost,
inventory is too large, the internal and external communication problems, directly affects
the business profits. This paper adopts empirical analysis method, to research the supply
chain management as the theoretical basis, detailed analysis according to the present
situation of the supply chain of SDLX company, summarizes the existing problems, and
then puts forward a practical demand in line with the company&39;s optimization of supply
chain management. According to the specific situation of SDLX company, this should be
from the supply chain, inventory, supplier audit inspection and link link link, by means of
modern electronic commerce, to set up a system to reduce the cost, improve the
communication efficiency of the supply chain management mode. This paper evaluates the
optimization results, and the feasibility of solving methods and shortcomings are
summarized, finally puts forward the supply chain management strategy should be based
on the premise of Internet development, strengthen the construction of supply chain
management information system, and pay attention to communication and cooperation in
the supply chain members. At the same time, supply chain management also need to
increase the management and professional personnel training and incentives. According to
the specific situation of SDLX company, this should be from the supply chain, inventory,
supplier audit inspection and link link link, by means of modern electronic commerce, to
set up a system to reduce the cost, improve the communication efficiency of the supply
chain management mode. Then, this paper evaluates the effectiveness of the optimization
program, and summarizes the feasibility and shortcomings of the solution.
