摘要
我国社会经济的既定发展战略包括环境友好型社会、建设资源节约型,同样是
实现经济社会可持续发展的根本途径。那么实现建设两型社会发展战略的根本举措
即是节能减排,技术节能可以说是实现节能减排的关键步骤。随着科技的进步,信
息化的发展,许多节能公司大批量的涌现在市场上。而且节能公司也不只是拥有单
一的业务,而是慢慢的增加节能技术的种类。节能事业未来的竞争,必将是综合节
能技术和实力的较量,而“节能超市”也将是节能发展的必然走势。因此,本文以
宁夏节能公司节能环保体验超市为研究案例,通过对宁夏节能公司节能环保体验超
市经营现状进行调查与分析,发现其优势、劣势、机会和威胁;进而提出利用模糊
综合评价体系对宁夏节能公司节能环保体验超市的综合效益进行评价;最终提出提
升宁夏节能环保体验超市效益的策略

针对目前宁夏节能服务行业如何整合节能产业资源优势,拓展新型的电力节能
服务业务模式,更好的在全社会范围内实现电能替代节能减排的问题,本文拟采用
内容分析法、案例分析法、数据分析、SWOT 分析等研究方法广泛论证,并通过市
场调研,分析“节能超市”项目落地宁夏建设实施的意义、可行性,讨论确定节能
超市建设基本定位、总体建设思路及原则、发展规划、运营管理方式等,并对项目
预期效益进行分析。以期通过节能超市销售节能产品,推广电力节能改造项目,还
能为公司开创新的业务盈利领域,促进电力节能服务业务发展。而西北首创的节能
环保体验超市模式,也将对整个西北地区节能服务产品发展起到重要的创新示范作

Abstract
China established development strategies of social economy include building an
environment-friendly and energy-efficient society, which also is the fundamental way to
achieve the sustainable economic and social development. Therefore, the key move to
achieve the building of environment-friendly and energy-efficient society is energy
conservation and emission reduction, and the technical energy conservation is the critical
step. With the development of science and technology and information technology, a
swarm of energy saving companies have sprung up in market. Energy saving companies
not just have a single service, they also enrich and expend their technological category
and field. The competition of energy conservation service in the future must be the
contest of comprehensive energy-saving technology and competence and “Energy-saving
Supermarket” is an irresistible trend of energy-saving industry. Therefore, this thesis
takes energy conservation and environmental protection experience Supermarket of
Ningxia energy-saving company as a research case, explores the Superiority, Weakness,
Opportunity and Threats(SWOT) of this mode through deep research and analysis, and
then, the author puts forward that evaluating the comprehensive benefits of energy
conservation and environmental protection experience Supermarket of Ningxia
energy-saving company through fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation System and proposes
the strategy for improving efficiency of Ningxia energy conservation and environmental
protection experience Supermarket.
In the light of how to integrate the resource superiority of energy-saving industry,
expend the business mode of new-type electric power energy saving services, better
realize the electric power replacement and energy conservation and emission reduction
across the society, this thesis adopts various methods, such as content analysis, data
analysis, SWOT and market research, to research and analyze the significance and
feasibility of “Energy-saving Supermarket” project in Ningxia after it completed, to
discuss the basic positioning, overall construction thought and principle, development
planning, operation management model and to analyze project anticipate benefit. And the
pioneered mode of “Energy-saving Supermarket” in north-west China will also play an
important and innovative demonstration effect for energy-saving services industry in
north-west China.
