其次，对曹妃甸实业港务公司库存管理现状进行了介绍，分析现有的库存管理
模式和库存管理制度、出入库业务流程以及各个相关部门之间沟通协作的现状，指
出其存在的问题和不足，以及实施 VMI 的必要性与可行性
再次，利用 VMI 库存管理的有关理论，结合曹妃甸实业港务公司库存管理状
况，对曹妃甸实业港务公司的备件库存管理模式重新进行了构建，确立 VMI 备件
管理模式的基本思路，明确了改进原则和内容
最后，根据上述库存管理模式的改进方案，提出相对应的保障措施，以解决曹
妃甸实业港务公司库存管理现状，提高库存管理水平

Abstract
In the increasingly fierce competition, the competition of port enterprises has
changed from the competition of enterprises to the competition of supply chain. Spare
parts management is an important link to ensure the continuity of production and
improve the quality of service. Port enterprises and spare parts suppliers to cooperate
effectively and work together to ensure the maintenance of spare parts at a high level.
Vendor management inventory (Vendor Management Inventory, referred to as VMI) is a
proven advanced supply chain management model, it can effectively reduce the total cost,
improve inventory turnover rate, enhance the spare parts spare parts service level
In this paper, firstly, introduces the main contents of the background and
significance of the study at home and abroad, and the development status of inventory
management and structure, and related theoretical concepts related to the management of
spare parts and VMI mode are described.
Secondly, the Caofeidian Industrial Port Liability Company inventory management
status were introduced, current situation analysis of the existing collaborative
communication between inventory management and inventory management system,
warehousing business process and the related departments, points out the existing
problems and shortcomings, and the necessity and feasibility of implementing VMI.
Again, using the theory of VMI inventory management, combined with the
inventory management situation of Caofeidian Industrial Port Liability Company, Port
