当下全球国际化的发展越来越快,在现如今互联网+的历史背景之下,(梯级)
众筹除了可以作为企业单位或创业个体的重要融资渠道之外,于此同时,(梯级)
众筹可以使得创新产品甚至是创新服务同样获得高度曝光,吸引参与(梯级)众
筹的各代表方的关注,而后为创新产品甚至是创新服务相关代表方组建成有机利
益共同体,进一步可以在这个有机利益共同体中吸取自己所需要的特质资源,甚
至是战略性的必要创业资源

立足于社会资本的角度,在当前众筹大肆流行的趋势之下,将社会资本对企
业成长力的影响进行深度研究,根植于(1)梯级众筹情境下,构成社会资本的要
件因素;(2)梯级众筹情境下社会资本是否对企业成长力产生影响这二个基本问
题展开深入研究

首先,参考已有的对社会资本要件构成的学术成果,加权互联网+趋势下梯
级众筹的新背景,重新构建梯级众筹情境下的社会资本要件,同时进行恰当的阐
述,使得创业资源在获取中是否与社会资本在特殊维度下存在特定的关系,及创
业过程中社会资本要件之间的可能存在的特定关系等诸问题打下基础

其次,通过多案例深度对比,将创业者或创新企业所拥有的社会资本及企业
成长力二个角度作为研究方向,并专门对案例企业的(梯级)众筹过程进行横向
及纵向的多维度对比,成功归纳出两条结论:(1)梯级众筹情境下,创业者的社
会资本对创新创业企业成长力加速度有重要影响;(2)梯级众筹情境下,创业者
的社会资本对创新创业企业成长力规模有重要影响。最终,成功证明梯级众筹情
境下社会资本会对企业成长力有重大影响的命题

本案从全新的角度探索梯级众筹情境下社会资本要件构成,扩充了众筹版块
的研究范畴:(1)突显梯级众筹情境下社会资本对企业成长力的重大影响,给创
业者及创业企业全新的启示;(2)在汇聚创业所需多种资源的方向,给予众多众
筹平台未来发展方向的特定启迪

ABSTRACT
Under thebackgroundofthe Internet+, crowdfunding has not just be a way to
financing for entrepreneurs. Products will attract the attention of all the stakeholders by
crowdfunding that could increase their social media presence. Entrepreneurs could
acquire a variety ofheterogeneous, scarce, and evenstrategicbusinessresource from the
crowdfunding stakeholders, which is more valuable than financing.
In this paper, effects on the result of enterpeise growth force from social capital
were studied in cascadecrowdfunding situation.There are two problems which include:
(1) the capital structurein cascade crowdfunding situation; (2) whether and how social
capital in cascadecrowdfunding situation could influence the result of enterprise growth
force.
Firstly, the social capital structure in cascade crowdfunding situation was
reconstructed in combination with the features of crowdfunding through drawing on
former research results of the social capital structure. This result will be useful to make
deeper researches on related questions.
Secondly, the results were got from three key aspects of socialcapital, network
ability and resource acquisition throughexploratorymultiple casestudies. At the end of
case studies, three conclusions were generalized by descriptiveanalysis in a singlecase
and comparative analysis between multiple cases: (1) in the cascadecrowdfunding
situation,the social capital from entrepreneurshas an importantinfluence on the results of
business growth acceleration; (2) in thecascade crowdfunding situation,the social capital
from entrepreneurshas an importantinfluence on thescale of enterprise growth.Thus, it
has been verified that the theoretical statements and theoretical modelofsocial capital
impacting on the results ofresource acquisition in the cascadecrowdfunding situation.
It not only enrichesthe theoreticalperspective but also is full ofpractical
significance that studies resource acquisition in thecascade crowdfunding situation from
social capital perspective:(1) highlighting therole and advantage ofthe socialcapital in
the process of resource acquisition in the cascadecrowdfunding situation and giving
enlightenments to entrepreneurs; (2)providing advices on the future development ofthe
platformfromthe perspective ofgathering business resources.
