摘要
本文为应用与理论结合研究型论文,通过立足于 FD 公司改制转型时的实际情况,
结合改制转型后公司的企业文化、生产经营理念和价值观,采用了实证分析和比较分
析的方法,旨在对 FD 公司的绩效管理进行了剖析和再造,运用国际通行成熟的绩效
评估技术 EVA 和 BSC 综合记分卡方法,优化研究出一套能满足公司新形势,又能全
面、真实、客观、公正地评价企业在社会贡献、节约资源、环境保护等方面的绩效管
理体系,以正确引导企业行为,让绩效管理产生绩效

本文总体上分为六章,前三章是为什么要研究的问题,第四章和第五章是绩效管
理方案的如何研究的问题,第六章是论文研究的结论和价值问题。其中:
第一章是缘起。介绍本论文研究的绩效管理模式当时所处的时代和行业背景,以
及对改变 FD 公司绩效管理现状的现实意义,简述研究所应用的方式方法和有别于其
他研究的不同点记忆创新点;
第二章是理论基础。介绍了绩效管理的定义、功能和特征,并着重介绍了论文研
究前期和过程期间的社会上当前流行的先进的绩效管理相关的理论,以及重点介绍了
本论文研究所应用的两大绩效管理理论平衡记分卡(BSC 法)和经济附加值法(EVA
法);
第三章是问题和挑战。描述了 FD 公司改制后绩效管理面临的挑战和问题。通过
介绍公司简介、组织结构以及公司改制的概况情况,重点呈现了 FD 公司改制对绩效
管理的各种挑战,以及当前公司人力资源管理和绩效存在的诸多问题;
第四章是全文的重点核心。介绍的是 FD 公司改制后绩效管理的优化设计方案

在文中,先是详细的描述了 FD 公司改制后绩效管理方案的选型情况和优化设计的思
路原则。然后根据综合记分卡(BSC)的理论要求,确立 FD 公司各个二级单位和部
门的关键绩效指标、权重值以及其算法规则,使之符合各单位的生产经营现状。再根
据经济附加值法(EVA)的理论要求,确立公司各二级单位和部门中不同管理层的奖
励薪酬中利润目标及其算法规则,让各层级员工清楚了解自身努力、收入水平与公司
利益的戚戚相关在哪里。通过对关键绩效指标值和经营绩效值的按流程和步骤核算,
使企业更有效率、员工更满意,解决之前提出的问题和挑战

第五章是实施。介绍 FD 公司改制后绩效管理优化方案的实施问题。重点介绍了
在推行的过程中可能遇到的问题,如指标的设置问题、绩效结果的运用问题以及信息摘要

不对称与沟通等方面的问题。提出实施过程中应做好的相关保障措施,如公司的组织、
文化、制度方面的保障,授权沟通及信息化保障

第六章是结论和展望。一是对论文的一些其他说明,如应用的理论不是最新的理
论问题、公司战略与绩效方案的有效衔接问题、绩效管理方案的局限性以及论文研究
过程中的理论应用问题。二是研究的结论,此优化方案立足于 EVA 和 BSC 两种绩效
管理理论,立足于冶金行业生产经营实际情况,可应对当前变幻莫测的市场,可将企
业战略目标逐层高效落实并与员工利益紧密相连,可有助于企业与员工关系改善,是
可以推行的方案。三是对绩效优化方案在 FD 公司内部的应用前景和在行业中推行和
助推行业发展的一种展望

This paper is a research paper based on the application and combination of theory.
through the actual situation based on the FD steel company restructuring, Combined with
the company&39;s corporate culture, production and business philosophy and values. The
method of empirical analysis and comparative analysis is adopted. To the performance
management of FD special steel company to carry out the analysis and reconstruction.
EVA/BSC comprehensive score card method using international mature performance

The fourth chapter is the core of the full text. This paper introduces the optimal design

the FD company. Then according to the theory of comprehensive score card (BSC),
establish the key performance indicators, the weight value and the algorithm rules of the
two units and departments of FD company. According to the economic value added (EVA)
theory, and its profit target management company established different algorithm of the two
units and departments in incentive compensation, let employees at all levels a clear
understanding of their own efforts, the income level and the interests of the company and
where relevant. Through the key performance indicators and operating performance of the

The fifth chapter is implementation. This paper introduces the implementation of the
performance management optimization scheme after the reform of FD company. The
problems that may be encountered in the process of implementation, such as the setting of

done in the process of implementation, such as the company&39;s organizational, cultural,

The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect. One of the other shows the limitation
of the theory, application of the performance management scheme effectively if the
