摘要
人类个体存在于各种社会组织中,同时社会组织与外界的社会环境之间存在
着各种联系,因而形成了丰富的社会关系网络。创业者开展社会创业活动的过程
中,也同样不可避免得会与社会网络中的其他成员发生各种联系,社会创业者只
有将自己置于复杂的社会网络关系之中,才能够顺利地实现社会创业

近年来,社会创业凭借其提供公共服务、弥补政府失灵方面的独特作用,得
到了越来越多的关注。创业者能够成功识别到影响力大、可行性强的社会创业机
会是进行社会创业的前提,更是正式展开社会创业活动的基础。社会创业者需要
搜索、感知、评价和开发社会创业机会,才能真正创造社会价值、解决社会问题

影响社会创业机会识别的因素有很多,其中社会网络分析方法强调网络成员
之间的沟通与互惠,对社会创业者识别创业机会的具体过程有较强的解释力,因
而社会网络关系是影响社会创业者识别社会创业机会的最重要的因素之一。本文
将社会网络细分为情感性网络、政策支持性网络和商业网络,详细探讨了各细分
网络对社会创业者识别机会过程中直接、间接的作用机理,构建了社会网络、创
业警觉性、社会创业动机对于社会创业者识别创业机会的作用机理模型,并通过
分析经典的社会企业——格莱珉银行的创业初期,其创始人尤努斯识别社会创业
机会的具体过程对理论模型予以验证。最终,本文得出以下结论:
(1)对于社会创业者与创业组织而言,社会网络中的情感性网络、政策支
持性网络与商业网络三种细分网络对社会创业机会识别的具体作用方式有所差
异,但它们都能通过为社会创业活动供应各种各样的资源而直接促进创业者识别
新的社会创业机会。网络向社会创业企业输入的多样化资源既包含基本的物质与
人力资源,也包含丰富的信息资源和独特的政策资源,这些资源为社会创业者识
别创业机会提供了有形与无形的支持,直接影响社会创业者机会识别的效果

(2)创业警觉性和社会创业动机在社会网络影响社会创业者识别、开发社
会创业机会的过程中起中介作用。社会网络作为创业者社会背景的一部分,通过
潜移默化地改变创业者的知识储备与个人特质来激发其社会创业动机,推动创业
者坚定地识别、开发社会创业机会。同时,社会网络还能够强化创业者的创业警
觉性,提升其获取、加工和整合创业信息的能力,从而促使其快速识别社会创业
机会,间接影响社会创业机会识别效果

ABSTRACT
Human individuals exist in all kinds of social organizations. Meanwhile, there are
various kinds of relationship between social organizations and outside surroundings,
which forms wide social network. In the process of social entrepreneurs carrying out
social entrepreneurial activities, it is inevitably for them to have to be all kinds of
connections with other network members in social network. Only when they put
themselves in a complex relationship of social network, can social entrepreneurship be
smoothly realized.
In recent years, social entrepreneurship has gained more and more attention
because of its unique role in providing public service and making up the government
failure. The successful recognition of social entrepreneurship opportunities is the
premise of not only social entrepreneurship, but also the foundation to carry out social
entrepreneurship. There are many factors that affect the social entrepreneurial
opportunity recognition. Among them, the social network analysis method emphasizes
the network communication and mutual benefit between members, which is one of the
most important factors to impact the social entrepreneurs to recognize the social
entrepreneurship opportunity. In this passage, the social network is subdivided into
emotional network and policy support network and business network. The mechanisms
of direct and indirect effects of social network on social entrepreneurs to recognize
entrepreneurial opportunities are also discussed in detail. We construct the theoretical
framework between the social network, entrepreneurial alertness and the effect of
entrepreneurship motivation on the social recognition. Finally, all the above statements
are proved through the analysis of the theoretical model of Grameen Bank’s founder
Yunus. This paper draws the following conclusions:
(1)Forsocialentrepreneursandentrepreneurialorganizations,thespecificways
that the three subdivided networks function in the process of social entrepreneurial
opportunity recognition are different. But they all can directly help social entrepreneurs
to identify social entrepreneurship opportunity by offering a wide variety of social
entrepreneurial resources. The diverse resources that social networks input into social
entrepreneurship organization include material resources, human resources,
information resources and unique policy resources. These resources provide tangibleIV
and intangible support for social entrepreneurs in searching, perception, evaluation and
development of social entrepreneurship opportunities, directly promoting the
development of social entrepreneurship.
(2)In the process of social network directly affecting social entrepreneurial
opportunities and entrepreneur identification, entrepreneurial alertness and social
entrepreneurship motivation serve as intermediation. As part of social background,
social network strengthen its social entrepreneurship motivation through affecting
knowledge base and personal traits of entrepreneurs, promoting them to unswervingly
search, identify, develop the social entrepreneurship. At the same time, the social
network also often improve the efficiency of entrepreneurs acquiring, processing and
integrating social business information and of proposing corresponding strategies by
strengthening the social entrepreneurship alertness. Social entrepreneurship imposes
effect on Social Entrepreneurship Opportunity Recognition process by both providing
a variety of resources directly and serving as intermediation of entrepreneurial alertness
and social entrepreneurship motivation.
