YC Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. was founded in 2009, is a focus on
Manufacturing Lean Production Management International Training Advisory body. The
birth of YC company as the major consulting firms in China spread like a raging fire, in the
face of this huge market cake, YC company according to its own characteristics to find the
breakthrough point: to provide training and consulting services of lean production in
manufacturing enterprises. Founded more than seven years, has established a good
reputation in the local management consulting industry, and set a good image of the industry.
However, in recent years, the local management consulting companies like bamboo shoots
after a spring rain continue to emerge, YC&39;s competitors either focused on a consulting
business, or expand the scope of business based on the original industry, YC company
should be how to deal with How to use China&39;s rapid economic development opportunities
to seek further development How to choose the competitive strategy to improve the core
competitiveness, in order to ensure a place in the fierce competition, is the company&39;s urgent
need to address the major issues and priorities.
In this paper, by using the theory of competition strategy research of YC management
consulting company: first, analysis of YC&39;s present situation, finds out the key factors have
