以风电、光、水电为主的大唐新能源公司面临着新的机遇和挑战。因风力发
电项目具有投资金额大，回报期长等特点，科学的对拟建设项目有关的经济、社
会、环境、技术、人文等因素进行调查研究，对经济效益进行预测和评价，从而
综合研究项目的适用性、合理性，得出项目的可行性和最优建设及投资方案，为
投资决策提供科学依据就尤为重要
本文在论述项目建设方案的基础上，以大唐武威新能源有限公司红沙岗风电
项目为例，从该公司的基本情况、内外部优劣势、发展存在的主要问题入手，结
合当地环境及市场因素得出建设基本方案，再从项目投资成本、现金流量、财务
评价角度对项目的财务可行性进行评价，从项目投资风险和风险防范的角度做出
项目可行性评价结论，最后从财务角度分析和判断项目是否可行。本文的系统论
述对其他风电场建设及可行性论证提供一定的参考和借鉴

Abstract
In recent years, because of the weakening of the global economy and the shutdown of high
energy consuming enterprises, the electricity consumption of enterprises has fallen sharply. At the
same time, the policy of clean energy in the state is inclined to rise, and it has become a trend to
stop the use of clean energy in thermal power. China is now on the development and use of new
energy has been gradually extended to many industries, but influenced by the technology and
benefits and other aspects of the development of new energy mainly in the development of wind
power as the focus, the main purpose is to make energy saving and emission reduction, China&39;s
environment improved, but also to the development of social economy sustainable, healthy and
stable.
The Datang New Energy Company, which is based on wind power, light and water and
electricity, faces new opportunities and challenges. Because of the wind power project has a large
amount of investment, long payback period and other characteristics, scientific investigation and

This paper discusses the project construction scheme, Datang Wuwei new energy Co. Ltd.
Hongshagang wind power project as an example, based on analyzing the existing problems of the

combined with the local environment and market factors of basic construction project, to evaluate
the financial feasibility of the project point from the project investment cost, cash flow, financial
evaluation, the project investment risk and risk prevention perspective to make the project
feasibility evaluation conclusion, the final analysis from the financial perspective and judge
whether the project is feasible. The systematic exposition of this paper provides some reference
and reference for the construction and feasibility of other wind farms.
