近年来随着我国银行业的逐步放开,大量外资、合资和民资银行进入银行业的竞
争中来,并且国家对基准利率进一步放开,使银行业成为了一片竞争的红海,银行业
整体利润不断下降,企业生存更加困难。因此在竞争的一片红海之中,用差异化战略
开拓其中的蓝海,成为了银行业发展的必由之路

LSNC 商业银行受到体制掣肘,历史包袱较大,明显感觉到向上发展的乏力,虽
然刚刚进行了股份制改革,成功实现了向现代化股份制商业银行的转型,但转型伊始,
LSNC 商业银行的发展步履艰难,如何发展,向哪里发展,已经成为摆在面前的一个
重要问题

本文基于以上问题对以 LSNC 商业银行为代表的银行业差异化竞争战略进行研
究,探索制定该银行未来差异化竞争战略,解决困扰企业发展的重大问题,为银行未
来提高市场竞争能力提供可行性的意见

本文研究的主要内容为:首先阐述了论文的研究背景、意义、内容、方法和相关
理论。而后采用 PEST 分析方法、五力模型分析法对 LSNC 商业银行所处的外部战略
环境进行分析,为下一步差异化战略的制定打下基础。然后对 LSNC 商业银行的整体
情况进行深入分析,在此基础上找出其优势与劣势,并对其进行全面的 SWOT 分析

进而在前文详尽分析的基础上,找出 LSNC 商业银行的总体发展思路与目标,并对其
主要客户和业务进行定位,最后在三种基本战略比较的基础上,为其选择差异化战略

最后提出了 LSNC 商业银行差异化战略实施建议,保障银行差异化战略的实施

ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the gradual liberalization of China&39;s banking industry, a large
number of foreign investment, joint ventures and banks into the banking industry
competition, and the country on the basis of further liberalization of interest rates, the bank
industry has become a competition in the Red Sea, the overall profit of the banking sector
continued to decline, enterprise survival more difficult. Therefore, in the competition of a
red sea, with the differential strategy to develop one of the blue ocean, has become the only
way for the development of the banking industry.
LSNC commercial bank by institutional constraints, the historical burden of large,
obviously feel the upward development is weak, although just a joint-stock reform, the
successful implementation of the transformation to the modern joint-stock commercial
banks, but at the beginning of transition, the development steps of LSNC commercial bank
is difficult, how to develop, where development has become an important in front of the
problem.
This paper studied the difference of competitive strategy with LSNC commercial bank
as the representative of the banking industry based on the above issues, to explore the
development of the future of the bank the difference competition strategy, to solve the
major problems affecting the development of enterprises, to improve the market
competitiveness of banks in the future to provide feasible suggestions.
The main contents of this paper are as follows: first of all, the research background,
significance, content, methods and related theories are expounded. Then, using PEST
analysis method and five force model analysis method to analyze the external strategic
environment of LSNC commercial bank, and lay the foundation for the next step of
differentiation strategy formulation. Then, make a thorough analysis of the overall situation
of LSNC commercial banks, and find out their strengths and weaknesses, and conduct a
comprehensive SWOT analysis. Based on the analysis of the above details, to find out the
overall development of ideas and goals of LSNC commercial bank, and the localization of
the main customers and business, based on the comparison of three kinds of basic strategy,
the differentiation strategy. Finally, the implementation strategy of LSNC commercial bank
differentiation strategy is put forward to ensure the implementation of the bank
differentiation strategy.
