摘要
当今世界,越来越多的国家已经意识到科技创新的重要性,都在加快科技创
新的步伐,希望能够利用科技进步带动经济和社会的发展。加强科技创新与我国
建设创新型国家的目标一致,而科技成果转化是科研成果商品化和市场化的必经
之路,也是以科技创新谋求经济效益的重要手段。然而,目前我国在科技成果转
化的过程中遇到了很多问题,尤其是科技成果转化过程中融资方面的困难阻碍了
科技成果的顺利转化。因此,本文旨在分析科技成果转化中的融资问题从而针对
问题为其提出针对性建议,有利于促进科技成果转化与融资的结合,实现资源的
优化配置,为我国科技成果转化的融资提供可行性参考

本文的主要研究内容是科技成果转化过程中的融资问题,根据文章的研究主
题,本文的主要写作思路如下。第一部分为文章的绪论,主要介绍文章的选题背
景和选题意义,整理目前国内外专家学者对科技成果转化中融资问题的研究现状
及发展趋势,介绍文章的研究内容、研究方法以及本文可能的创新点。第二部分
是相关理论和现状分析,主要介绍科技成果转化中融资问题涉及的基础理论,其
中具体包括对科技成果、科技成果转化的理论概述,对融资渠道和融资模式的理
论概述,并对目前我国科技成果转化中的融资现状进行了描述。第三部分是实证
模型概述,将文章所要用到的面板数据、面板模型、检验方法以及变量进行的阐
述。第四部分是实证研究,通过建立固定效应模型,对不同融资渠道与科技成果
转化的影响进行探究,最终得出各个融资渠道对科技成果转化的影响方向和程度

第五部分通过第二章对科技成果转化中融资现状的描述以及第四章对不同融资渠
道影响科技成果转化的实证分析,本部分对科技成果转化中的融资问题进行系统
的总结归纳,并对这些问题产生的原因进行分析,同时介绍了科技成果转化中融
资方面的建议和对策,旨在帮助科技成果迅速融集资金,提高我国科技成果转化
这项活动的效率和进程

ABSTRACT
In today’s world,more and more countries have realized the importance of scientific and
technological innovation, are accelerating the pace of technological innovation, hoping
to use scientific and technological progress to promote economic and social
development. Strengthening scientific and technological innovation is consistent with
the goal of building an innovation-oriented country in China, and the transformation of
scientific and technological achievements is the only way for the commercialization and
marketization of scientific research achievements. It is also an important means to seek
economic benefits by scientific and technological innovation. However, at present,
China has encountered many problems in the process of scientific and technological
achievements, especially in the process of transformation of scientific and technological
achievements,which has hindered the smooth transformation of scientific and
technological achievements. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the
financing problem in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements so
