摘要
青海金诺新型材料公司位于青海省西宁市甘河工业园区, 受国际金融危机
影响以及环保政策的缩拢,以煤炭为原材料进行生产加工的金诺公司近几年发展
受阻,企业销售业绩不佳,其主要原因在于经营业务过于单一,市场议价能力薄
弱,叠加煤炭行业发展受限,企业经营风险较大,总结来说,企业的核心竞争力
培育不够。内外交困之下,金诺公司迫切需要寻找新的途径,回避现有业务萎缩,
开发新型业务,降低企业风险,增强企业自身竞争力和行业地位。2016 年初,
国家政策提出供给侧改革和创新发展的口号,这对金诺公司来说,或许再迎来企
业发展的春天。不过从企业自身出发,单纯依靠政策的扶持显然不是长久之计,
在这样的宏观背景下,企业应该梳理自身的优劣,在培育核心竞争力之上先发制
人,才能顺利搭上政策快车,获得快速长足的发展。青海金诺新型材料公司基于
国家大力支持环保政策以及在青海省政府的大力支持的下,为了突破目前公司面
临的困境,获得新的发展契机,决定对自身核心竞争力进行挖掘和培育,以期增
强自身实力,降低经营风险,把握市场脉搏,争取行业地位

本文在这样的背景之下,从企业竞争力和企业核心竞争力的理论研究入手,
详细界定了企业核心竞争力的内容,以及企业该从技术、管理、创新、市场预见
和资源整合这五大能力上来培育企业核心竞争力。概念界定清楚之后,文章详细
的分析了金诺公司目前的发展情况以及现有核心竞争力及其不足、成因。并通过
运用波特五力模型从行业的角度更加细致的分析了企业目前面临的威胁,需要提
高的能力有什么。再通过以上提出的问题,选取了创新研发能力突出,整合资源
能力强势,管理模式优化的 ASOS 公司,以它成功的经验加以分析。它的企业核
心竞争力的成功之处正是金诺公司的短处,金诺公司可以学习和借鉴 ASOS 的成
功经验,从而给出了如何培育金诺公司企业核心竞争力的对策建议。以期从小见
大,为其它的新型材料企业的发展提供一点建议,进而以期抛砖引玉,吸引更多
学者加强相关方面的研究,为企业的转型提供一份理论依据,尽绵薄之力

Abstract
Qinghai JN new material company is located in Qinghai city of Xining Gan
River Industrial Park, the impact of the international financial crisis has

materials Co. Ltd. based on conditional support support of the national environmental
policy and the Qinghai municipal government, in order to break through the current
difficulties faced by the company, get new development opportunity, decided to dig
and cultivate their core competitiveness, to enhance their own strength, reduce
business risk, grasp the pulse of the market, strive for the status of the industry.
In this background, starting from the theory of enterprise competitiveness and
the core competitiveness of enterprises, with the definition of the core
