如今,中国的中小企业数量巨大,对中国的经济建设贡献举足轻重,在当前全球经济
衰退的大背景下,伴随着智能时代的到来,中小企业的经营环境正在发生剧烈变化,面对
着各种新的挑战,要实现经济突围,必须依靠中小企业转型升级,而实现智能时代下的企
业信息化管理正是中小企业转型升级的必由之路
智能时代的到来,电子商务的普及,客户和消费者的消费方式和习惯的改变,完全颠
覆传统企业B2C的生产服务理念,逼迫企业在数据分析、消费者需求分析、生产管理自动
化等方面投入更多的关注,逼迫企业对内部数据共享、业务流程无缝快速对接要求越来越
高,以适应新的市场竞争环境的需要。对现有顾客和潜在客户的需求有深入的分析,并以
分析结果制定精准营销的策略;加强与顾客的沟通,建立客户关系系统;健全供应链机制,
实现企业与上下游的供应商的信息交换等一系列企业管理变革需求,正在倒逼着中小企业
进行企业的信息化管理的优化,这也是本文讨论研究的立意基础
本文内容主要采用文献研究、案例分析研究、比较研宂、定性分析等研究方法,文章
主要内容结合相关理论知识,以中小型企业WY公司为例,分析中小企业信息化管理的现

状,研宄在智能时代下企业信息化管理的优化策略,为中小企业管理变革,走出转型升级
之路提供帮助。笔者首先介绍了本篇文章的研究背景、研究意义、研究的方法、研究的主
要思路等,提出了智能时代下,市场竞争愈发剧烈,中小型企业要应对这样的趋势,获得
竞争优势,要通过推动信息化管理的优化,实现企业的管理变革来实现;同时也介绍了企
业信息化管理、物联网相关概念、智能管理理论的相关概念(包括商业智能和人工智能等)、
企业流程再造(BPR)相关理论概念、企业信息化战略规划概述、企业战略数据规划方法
等本篇文章涉及到的理论及方法。其次,笔者从属于批发零售行业的WY公司实际情况出
发,进行实地调查,对于WY公司的基本情况组织架构、企业发展战略目标进行了介绍,
也对于WY公司的业务流程现状和信息化管理现状进行了系统的分析介绍。然后,针对WY
公司的信息化管理现状,提出WY公司的信息化管理存在着“商品信息等基础数据不健全”、
“
没有建立统一的库存信息化管理体系”、“信息化管理系统各自独立,沟通效率低,数据
I 资源很难共享”、“信息化管理的智能化程度不高,不适应企业发展战略目标”、“对信息化
管理背后的数据分析利用重视程度不够”、“数据安全管理存在隐患”、“信息化管理权限规
划不合理”、“员工对信息化管理的理解有失偏颇”等若干问题,以及这些问题的成因进行
了-析。最后,依据前述WY公司的信息化管理存在的若千问题,从相关的理论出发,基
于企业信息化战略管理规划的思想,对WY公司的信息化管理提出了具体的信息化管理战
略目标,6条优化的原则,以及12条针对性的优化策略和方案,并且认为这样优化策略同
类型企业具有借鉴意义,企业信息化管理的优化是中小企业转型升级、逆转困局的必由之
路,希望会给很多企业带来启示,文章也总结了本文局限和不足,提出了今后需要进一步
探讨的研宂方向

- Abstract
With the development of information technology, a large number of the popularity of smart
devices, the Internet, mobile client, big data, cloud computing, networking, intelligent equipment
products for the characteristics of the new generation of information technology system has been
integrated into our daily life, the management of enterprises ushered in a new stage: the
intelligent time
Today, a huge number of small and medium-sized Chinese enterprises contributions to the
economic construction Chinese prominent. In the background of the global economic slowdown,
with the advent of the intelligent time, small and medium-sized business environment is
undergoing dramatic changes, facing new challenges, to achieve economic breakthrough, must
rely on small and medium-sized enterprises to upgrade, and enterprise information management
is the only way which must be passed under the era of intelligent transformation and upgrading
of small and medium sized enterprises.
The arrival of the intelligent time, the popularity of e-commerce, customer and consumer
consumption patterns and habits change, completely subvert the traditional enterprise B2C
production service concept, put more attention to forcing companies in the data analysis,
consumer analysis, production management automation,forcing companies to internal data
sharing and business process seamless docking the increasingly high demand, in order to meet
the needs of the new market competition environment. On the existing customer and potential
customer demand in-depth analysis, and the analysis results to develop precise marketing
strategy; strengthen the communication with customers, build customer relationship system;
improve the supply chain mechanism, realize the enterprise and the upstream and downstream
suppliers of information exchange and a series of reform of enterprise management needs, is
forced with small and medium enterprises the optimization of enterprise information
management, which is also discussed in this paper based on the conception of.
This article mainly uses the literature research, case analysis, comparative study, qualitative
analysis and other research methods, the main contents of this article combined with relevant
theoretical knowledge, to small and medium sized enterprise WY company as an example,
analysis of the current situation of information management of small and medium-sized
enterprises, optimization strategy in the era of intelligent information management of enterprises,
for the small and medium-sized enterprise management reform, out of the transformation and

the market competition is increasingly intense, small and medium enterprises to deal with such a

optimization, implementation of enterprise management to achieve related concepts; also
introduced the enterprise information management, networking concepts, intelligent
management theory (including business intelligence and artificial intelligence), business process
reengineering (BPR) theory and method related theory, enterprise information strategy planning
overview of enterprise strategic data planning method, this article relates to the. Secondly, the
author from the actual situation belongs to the wholesale and retail industry WY company base
information, development strategy for WY Company&39;s basic situation; the organizational
structure is introduced, also for the WY Company&39;s business process status and analysis the
present situation of the information management system introduced. Then, the current status of
information management for WY Company, the WY company information management has
several problems; the causes of these problems are analyzed. Finally, based on the existing
problems of information management of the WY company, based on the relevant theory of
strategic management of enterprise information planning based on the idea, put forward specific
strategic objectives of information management information management of WY company, 6
