Abstract
Education of primary school is the basis of education system in China, which is
related to the improvement of healthy growth and quality education level. Under the
market economy system, the government transferred some of the education resources of
primary schools to the market, resulting in private capital controlled primary schools.
With the development of the market economy and the growing demand for the
elementary education resources, private elementary school education have sprung up and
because the educational funds, educational philosophy, management, technology, private
elementary school to good at the same time there are some outstanding problems in
development. If there is a lack of core competitiveness in the industry competition, there
is a lack of sustained dynamic support in achieving the strategic goals and a lack of clear
direction in determining the direction of development. This series of problems is based on
the failure of private primary schools to promote effective human resource development.
Therefore, this paper emphasizes the importance of human resource development in the
teaching and management of private primary schools.Guan cheng is the old city of Zheng
zhou, with a long history and cultural tradition. Along with the development of the
education of Zheng zhou, the private primary school also gradually emerged. However,
in terms of quantity, the number of private primary schools in the city is only a small part
of Zheng zhou&39;s private primary schools. Judging from the quality of the school, the gap
between primary schools and other urban areas is obvious. The reason is that, apart from
the location factor, the lack of human resource development thinking in the
administrative department of education in the urban area is closely related to the
emergence of this phenomenon. In addition, the existing private primary schools and their
teachers have not actively developed human resources, resulting in the loss of core
competence and initiative in the industry competition.
