摘要
随着信息化发展和大数据时代的到来，将财务管理与信息系统相结合对于提
升集团企业财务管理效率，实现集团企业目标价值尤为重要。通过分析集团企业
财务信息系统建设和应用中的问题，研究、探索解决对策与改进思路，对集团企
业财务信息化管理研究具有重大意义

在我国“十二五”期间，业务多元化和管理层级纵深化的背景下，许多依托
集团企业财务信息化建设加强财务过程管控、扩展财务管理广度与深度，以实现
集团企业财务精益化管理建设的大型集团企业如雨后春笋般涌现。然而，在建设
过程中，一些大型集团企业，由于缺乏统一的信息规划和认责体系，导致企业财
务信息化建设很多应用成果无法满足财务管理要求，尤其在数据质量方面，问题
突出，难以支撑集团企业财务集约化及创新发展的需要

本文以 LM 集团目前采用的财务信息系统作为研究对象，分析和梳理集团企业
财务信息化的国内外研究现状、理论，对 LM 集团的基本情况、财务信息化发展历
程和现状进行分析，总结出了 LM 集团在财务信息化建设过程中数据质量方面存在
的问题。目前 LM 集团的数据质量治理工作主要偏重于技术，缺乏业务部门间的
相互协调与配合，还停留在现有业务环节的数据质量提升上，缺乏企业级、统一
规划的深层次的数据治理体系的支撑。以致集团在财务信息系统建设过程出现了
数据管理责任不清、数据冗余度高、数据融合率低、数据可靠性弱和数据安全风
险大等问题。针对这些问题，作者结合工作实践，进行深入地分析，并提出了通
过完善业务数据规划、建立数据标准体系、建立数据质量体系、完善数据安全体
系等数据治理对策和改进思路，以为 LM 集团提升财务及其他业务信息化系统数据
质量管理水平提供参考

ABSTRACT
With the development of information technology and the arrival of big data era, in
order to achieve conglomerate’s targets, it is quite important to improve conglomerate’s
financial management efficiency by combining financial management with information
system. It has significant meaning to conglomerate to analyzing, research and find
counter measures to those problems, which are found during the process of building
financial information system.
During the China’s 12

five-year plan, many state-owned corporations have
multi-business diversification as well as deepening their management. Also, more and
more state-owned corporations rely on financial information system to enhance finical
management, broaden depth and width of financial management, in order to achieve
corporation’s financial lean management. However, during the system construction
process, due to lack of unified information plan and responsible system, many
information system cannot meet the financial management requirement. Especially in
data quality area, low data quality cannot support the conglomerate’s target, which is to
unify the conglomerate’s financial information system and to innovate beyond that.
This article uses the financial information system used by LM group as the
research object. Analyzing and sorting out the research status at home and abroad on
financial information system. Combining the basic information of LM group and its
history of developing financial information system, summarize the data quality
problems during the process of implementing financial information system. At current
stage, the data governance of LM group mainly focus on technology level, lack of
coordination of different business departments. The current work is focusing on basic
business data cleaning, lack of unified data governance plan. For the LM group, the
current status is vague data management responsibility, high data redundancy, low data
fusion, low data reliability, and high data security risk. In this article, author deeply
analyze these questions and raise the counter measures, such like complete business
data plan, build up data standard system, build up data quality standard system,
complete data security system, in order to ultimately improve those problems and be the
reference of other business department to prove their information system data quality
management level.
