科技企业孵化器在当今“大众创业、万众创新”的新背景下，对促进高新技术成
果孵化与产业化起着至关重要的作用。网络化时代，单一孵化器已不能满足在孵
企业多样化的创新需求。孵化器应该成为连结在孵企业与外界环境的媒介，形成
孵化网络，支持在孵企业的创新活动，保障在孵企业的成长。资源是影响在孵企
业创新战略制定和实施的关键因素。无形资源能够让企业发掘自身的创新胜任
力，是企业的战略性资源。因此，孵化网络中，在孵企业能否通过网络化合作与
互动有效获取无形资源，对于其创新能力建设和创新绩效提升至关重要

本文以孵化网络为背景，研究在孵企业如何通过网络嵌入获取社会资本，在
网络资源共享环境下有效获取匹配性无形资源，提升创新绩效。全文除绪论外共
分为五个部分：第一部分是相关理论综述，主要针对当前学术领域关于孵化网络
理论、社会资本理论和资源基础理论进行回顾和研究现状综述；第二部分是孵化
网络中在孵企业社会资本对创新绩效影响，进一步阐述上述三大理论针对孵化
网络中在孵企业的应用；第三部分是孵化网络中在孵企业社会资本对创新绩效
影响实证分析，提出了在孵企业社会资本对创新绩效影响的概念模型以及相关
假设，并进行检验；第四部分提出促进在孵企业创新绩效提升的相关政策建议；
第五部分结论与展望，总结和分析本文的结论，明确本文的创新点，并指出研究
不足及展望

ABSTRACT
With the developing of the new round of industrial technology revolution, it is
becoming a new peak of the innovation and entrepreneurship all around the world. The
technology business incubator plays a very important role in promoting the incubation
and industrialization of high-tech achievements under the background of Popular en-
trepreneurship and innovation. In the network era, a single incubator is unable to meet
the diverse needs of the incubated enterprises. The incubator should be the one linking
the incubated enterprises and the external enterprises, with which the incubated enter-
prises can grow up successfully. Resources are the key factors influencing the devel-
opment and implementation of innovative strategies for incubating enterprises. Intan-
gible resources enable enterprises to explore their own innovative competence, which
is the strategic resources of enterprises. Therefore, in the incubation network, it is very
important for the incubated enterprises to acquire the intangible resources through the
cooperation and interaction, which is crucial for the building of the innovation capacity
and the improvement of the innovation performance.
In this paper, in the background of the incubation network, the paper studies how
the incubated enterprises gain the social capital through embedded in the network, ob-
tain the intangible resources effectively in the resource-sharing environment and im-
prove their innovation performance. The text is divided into five parts except the in-
troduction. The first part is the theoretical foundation and literature review. Main re-
search status of incubation network, social capital and resource-based theory in the
current academic field; the second part is the social capital affects their innovation
performance. This part is the application of the theories to the incubation enterprises
in the incubation network; the third part is the empirical analysis of the impact of social
capital on innovation performance in incubating enterprises. This paper constructs a
theoretical model of social capital, intangible resource acquisition and innovation per-
formance, then it does the empirical analysis; the forth part puts forward the relevant
policy suggestions to promote the innovation performance improvement; the last part
is the conclusion and prospect. It summarizes the main conclusions of this paper, and
points out the innovation and the deficiency existing in this research.III
