对于管理团队的评价标准应当是：具备有效协调各成员的能力，促进各参与体
最大程度上发挥自身作用的能力，刺激诸多参与主体在整体目标确定的前提下
相互竞争的能力。而管理团队的意志是否得以彻底贯彻、整体目标的实现程度
这些都与管理团队使用的管理策略、管理方法有着直接的关系
本文主要研究内容为以现有的国内外团队建设方面研究成果为理论依据，
结合研发团队建设以及洋芋研发的特点，利用问卷调查这一工具对该团队目前
现状真实数据进行了解和收集，使用了案例研究法、文献综述法进行论述，发
现该团队建设中存在的问题，并根据问题找出团队建设策略及相应保障措施，
并对该策略的可行性做出评估
通过研究得出结论：甘肃清吉洋芋集团研发团队建设中存在的主要问题，
包括团队成员沟通不畅、研发产品与市场需求不吻合、团队管理问题突出、团
队工作不稳定等。基于此，本文从团队文化建设、畅通沟通渠道、完善激励机
制、进行策略研究和反馈、开展针对性培训、成立核心领导小组、积极进行人
才引进、创造成长空间、保证团队稳定等方面提出了建设策略。保障措施方面，
从组织、人才、制度、资金四方面着手，建立长效保障机制。在对短期的实践
后的直接及间接效果进行评估后发现，所提出的建设策略对该团队建设和企业
良性发展确有帮助

Abstract
The realization of social organization or group goals and the high efficiency of the operation
often depend on the construction of the management team itself. Its own construction level
directly determines the value of the existence of the entire organization, and directly affects the
ability to transform the goal into execution of the organization. Therefore, the construction of the
management team has a very important significance. The evaluation of the management team
standard should be: have the ability to effectively coordinate the members, to promote the
participants to maximize their ability to play their own role, Stimulate the ability of many
participants to compete with each other under the premise of determining the overall goal. The
management team&39;s will to be thoroughly implemented and the implementation of the overall
goal have a direct relationship with the management strategies and methods of the management
team.
The main contents of this paper are based on the current domestic and international team
building research results, combined with characteristics of R & D team building and potato
research, use the tool of questionnaire to find out and collect the current status and actual data of
the team. Use the case study method and literature review method to discuss. Find the problems
in the team building, and find out the team construction strategy and the corresponding safeguard
measures according to the problem, and evaluate the feasibility of the strategy.
Through the research, it is concluded that the main problems in the construction of R & D
team in Gansu Qing Ji potato group are: the poor communication of team members, the
inconsistency between R & D products and market demand, the outstanding team management
problems and the instability of team work. Based on this, this paper puts forward the
construction strategy from the aspects of team culture construction, smooth communication
channels, improve the incentive mechanism, carry out strategic research and feedback, conduct
targeted training, set up the core leading group, actively carry out the introduction of talent,
create growth space, to ensure the stability of the team. The establishment of long-term
protection mechanism are consist of the organization, talent, system, funds. We find from the
direct and indirect effects of the evaluation after the short-term practice that the proposed
construction strategy is helpful for the team building and the healthy development of the
enterprise.
