摘要
目前随着物流产业大环境的日趋复杂化、规范化与行业竞争的日益激烈，物流
企业在经营活动的过程中所面临的不稳定因素也日益增加，这已经成为企业逐步发
展壮大所要面临的主要困难之一。利用科学的方法对物流企业财务能力进行综合评
估，可为物流企业的最终决策者提供科学有效合理的依据。对于不可避免的问题，
根据企业本身的承担能力和对应的收益进行选择，可进一步提高物流企业整体的竞
争力。本文研究的目的是通过对物流企业财务能力综合评价的研究，为物流企业在
激烈市场竞争中脱颖而出探索一条途径

首先，本文对物流企业财务能力综合评价研究背景和研究意义进行了介绍，对
国内外研究现状进行了分析，同时对研究的内容与方法也进行了基本的阐述，阐述
了物流企业财务能力综合评价的主要内容和特点，
其次，对物流企业财务能力评价相关理论进行了概述。在宏观方面，分析了物
流企业财务能力的概念与模式；在微观方面，阐述了财务能力评价的原则、步骤以
及结果的运用

再次，本文全面系统阐述了运通物流有限公司财务能力综合评价研究的内容、
特征及重要性。从总体目标、构建原则、具体构建三个方面，对公司财务能力综合
评价指标体系进行了完整的构建，具体列出了一级指标与二级指标

然后，针对财务能力综合评价指标权重的确定与评价方法选择进行了分析，采
用层次分析法确定各级指标权重，通过模糊综合评价法对公司财务能力状况进行综
合评价

最后，通过模糊综合评价法，从一级指标的各个方面阐述公司的财务能力状况，
分析存在问题，并提出了财务能力提升建议

Abstract
At present, the logistics industry has made great progress and development in our
country. However, with the increasingly complicated environment of the logistics industry,
the standardization and the increasingly fierce competition in the industry, the unstable
factors faced by the logistics enterprises in the course of their business activities are
becoming increasingly Increase, which has become the gradual development and
expansion of enterprises to face one of the major difficulties. The use of scientific methods
of logistics enterprises to conduct a comprehensive assessment of financial capacity for
logistics enterprises to provide the ultimate decision-makers scientific and effective basis.
For the inevitable risk, according to the enterprise&39;s own ability to bear and the

Thirdly, this paper introduces the basic situation of Qinhuangdao Express Logistics
Co., Ltd., and systematically expounds the contents, characteristics and importance of theAbstract

comprehensive evaluation of financial capacity of Express Logistics Co., Ltd. This paper
constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of financial capacity of Yuncong
Logistics Co., Ltd. from the overall goal, the construction principle and the concrete
construction, and lists the primary and secondary indexes.
Then, the paper analyzes the weight of the comprehensive evaluation index of
financial capacity and the selection of the evaluation method, uses the analytic hierarchy
process to determine the weight of each index, and evaluates the financial capacity of
Yuncheng Logistics Co., Ltd. through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, explained from all aspects of
