本文以冰纷万象滑冰场全国复制第三家冰场—沈阳冰纷万象滑冰场为例,根据
实际经营业绩情况为基础,技术创新管理理论基础为依据,对该项目进行综合研究
和分析。首先阐述了商业真冰滑冰场服务创新的基本概念、内涵和涉及要素、创新
推动力及特点等基本理论和知识,分析商业真冰滑冰场发展现状及面临问题;其次,
以沈阳冰纷万象滑冰场为例,识别并预测商业真冰滑冰场服务创新的内外部发展环
境并具体分析了内外部发展环境对商业真冰滑冰场创新的影响;第三,在准确把握

Sports begins blooming in China. World Ice Arena, which is operated by China Resource,
started the commercial ice rink in China, had expand 15 chained ice rinks. Ice skating
became the new sports & entertaining business to customers of China. Like other
business as well, there is unstable business fluctuation on several operational elements of
operating performance, brand value, social reputation from the establishing period to
steady period by the effects of policy, market and consumers, etc. It is necessary to do the
research of business development trend constantly, optimizing the consuming services to
improve the satisfaction of customers to realize the sustainable development of
enterprise.
Based on the operating performance and the theory of management of technological
innovation, World Ice Arena of Shenyang, which is the third ice rink of WIA, is the
research object to do comprehensive study and analyzing. First,expounding the basic
concept, connotation, involving elements, the driving force and innovation, the
characteristics of commercial ice rink’s service innovation, analyzing the present
development situation and problems of Chinese commercial ice rinks; secondly, using
World Ice Arena Shenyang as an example, identifying and predicting the internal and
external development environment of commercial ice rink’s service innovation, making a
concrete analysis of the influence of internal and external environment on commercial ice
rink’s service innovation; thirdly, on the basis of grasping service innovation basic idea
and intensive analysis of World Ice Arena Shenyang’s internal and external development
environment and their influence, giving the involved directions of World Ice Arena
Shenyang’s service innovation from innovation-driven,innovation supports and
innovation results, based on this frame, the article studied the service innovation
strategies of World Ice Arena Shenyang, sums up the generating idea and implantation
process of commercial ice rink’s service innovation; finally, according to the research
content and conclusion, the paper puts forward related countermeasures and suggestions
for the implantation process of World Ice Arena Shenyang’s service innovation and
service products.
