摘要
供应链金融是产业分工模式调整大背景下的新型金融服务模式，体现了贸易金融
的发展方向，也是商业银行提升自身创新力及核心竞争力的重要抓手。商业银行作为
市场上资金的主要提供方，通过供应链金融间接参与了对企业供应链物流、资金流和
信息流的管理，为了适应各方日益变化的需求，推出的产品结构形式也日趋丰富。在
这样蓬勃发展，势头强劲的同时，供应链金融的各种风险也逐步暴露了出来，探究如
何更好地防控风险也成了一个重要课题。结合实际工作经验，加强对供应链金融的理
论分析和研究可以帮助商业银行更有效地运用产品，把控风险，提升经营质量

本文选择作者所在的 X 银行作为研究对象，通过联系实际工作中接触到的相关业
务经验，分析 X 银行供应链金融发展的历程及现状，论证了商业银行大力发展供应链
金融业务不但有利于自身，更是对于降低企业融资成本，激发实体经济活力都具有意
义。根据以往风险案例得出的经验，本文详细分析了 X 银行在发展供应链金融业务需
着重关注信用风险、操作风险和市场风险，进而从优化 X 银行内部审批流程，加强授
信前、中、后的全流程防控，以及优化供应链金融外部环境两方面来提出风险控制措
施及实施保障的建议

Research of the current situation and risk control of
Supply Chain Finance in X Bank
Abstract
Supply chain finance is a brand new financial service mode under the background of
adjustment of the industrial division, it reflects the development direction of trade finance,
and it is the key point for commercial banks to enhance their innovation power as well as
their core competitiveness. As the main provider of funds on the market, commercial banks
are indirectly involved in the management of the goods flow, capital flow and information
flow in enterprises through supply chain finance products. In order to adapt to the changing
demands of all parties, the structure of supply chain finance product is becoming more and
more rich. At the same time, risks are also exposed gradually along with the vigorous
development of supply chain finance, how to prevent and control risks has become an
important subject. Strengthen the theoretical analysis and research of supply chain finance
in combination with practical work experience can help commercial banks use their
product, control risks and improve the quality of management more effectively.
This article chooses X bank as the research object, in which the author works for,
analyzes its background and situation of supply chain finance business by relating to the
practical work experience, demonstrating thatit is not only beneficial to the bank’s
development, but also meaningful to reduce financing costs of enterprises, even to activate
the real economy for commercial banks to develop supply chian finance business. Based
on risk cases in the past, there is a detailed analysis of X bank’s need to focus on credit risk,
operational risk and market risk while developing supply chain finance business in this
paper. Then the author put forward several proposals for risk control and implementing
guarantee from two aspects: optimization of internal approval for whole process, which
means strengthen control before and after the whole process, and perfection of the external
environment of supply chain finance.
