摘要
随着电力科技的进步和电网规模的发展,电网的社会化服务程度越来越高,社会和
用户对供电企业的要求日趋提高。在此背景下,供电企业全面改进变电设备检修策略,
如何全面推进变电设备状态检修管理成为了一个研究方向

本文在明确选题背景和意义,概述国内外状态检修研究动态的基础上,对设备检修、
状态检修和 RCM 检修的理论和技术进行详细阐述。论文以 S 公司变电设备为研究对象,
从 S 公司开展变电设备状态检修相关条件、可行性及采取的重要措施进行现状分析。针
对现状,提出 S 公司基于状态检修的变电设备检修策略, 明确了 S 公司状态检修的总体
目标,组织体系与职工分工,基本要求、步骤和管理流程,提出状态监测的主要方法、
状态评价和检修决策的主要方法。并尝试在 S 公司中应用变电设备 RCM 检修策略决策
系统。详细阐述了系统需求及总体结构和系统功能,该系统根据设备评价权重系数评价
办法、评价规则,建立相应的数学模型,并在综合考虑设备健康状态和设备可靠性程度
基础上综合判断设备的维修优先性顺序,从而建立起了一套以可靠性为中心的变电设备
评估机制。最后,对 S 公司变电设备状态检修今后的改进及发展方向进行了展望及分析

该论文提供了在综合考虑设备健康状态和设备可靠性程度基础上综合判断设备的
维修优先性顺序的方式方法,为供电公司变电检修可靠运行分析提供了有效的数理支
持。同时,本文对国内地市级供电公司,尤其是对供电公司实施基于 RCM 的变电设备
状态检修策略能起到一定的参考借鉴作用

Abstract
With the progress of electric power technology and the development of power grid scale,
power grid is more and more important to our society. In this background, how to
comprehensively improve the maintenance strategy for power transformation devices, as well
as how to comprehensively promote the condition based maintenance for power
transformation devices become an important issue.
This paper, based on the topic background and meaning as well as the overview research
of condition based maintenance domestic and overseas, elaborated on the theory and
technology of equipment maintenance, condition based maintenance and RCM maintenance.
This paper set S company’s power transformation device as example, analyzed related
condition, feasibility and key measures in S company’s condition based maintenance for
power transformation equipment. According to the status, the paper put forward the strategy,
made clear the overall target, organization, assignment, basic demand, procedure and
management process, put forward the main method, condition evaluation and the major ways
of decision. Also, this paper tried to apply the decision making system of RCM maintenance
for power transformation equipment, and elaborated the system requirement, general structure
and functions. The system confirmed the means and rules of the weight coefficient in device
evaluation, built mathematic model, synthetically judged the priority of repairing based on the
condition and reliability of devices, finally built a reliability-oriented evaluating mechanism
for power transformation devices, as well as predicted the future improvement and
development of condition based maintenance for power transformation devices in S company.
.This paper applied RCM theory and technology to the area of power transformation
equipment maintenance, developed the RCM maintenance management system, built a set of
assessment mechanism oriented by reliability, offered a method of priority judgment when
fixing equipment based on the health and reliability of equipment, gave mathematical support
to the operational analysis of power transformation equipment. Meanwhile, this paper can be
a reference to electric power company’s condition based maintenance based on the RCM.
