摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,城市化进程的加快以及城市化建设程度的提高,
客观上促进了城市轨道交通事业的快速发展,极大的满了足人们出行的需要,同
时也有利于城市环境污染问题的解决。大力发展城市轨道交通事业已经成为了地
区经济建设发展的重要诉求之一。上海市作为重要的特大型城市之一,在城市公
共交通建设方面走在了全国的前列,其中地铁技术与密度的建设引领了中国城市
地铁的建设方向,对于全国城市交通轨道的建设具有重要的参考意义

S 公司是上海市一家从事交通轨道建设的企业,公司自成立以来积极发展城
市交通轨道事业,开发了专业的城市交通轨道建设技术,成功建设并运营了上海
2 号线车辆、新加坡东北线和环线车辆、上海 3、4 号线增购车辆以及上海松江
有轨电车。轨道交通的设计建设需要大量相关供应商能够及时提供高质价优的生
产原料,如何对大量的供应商进行管理已经成为企业经营运营管理的重要组成部
分。供应商管理与供应商关系管理是伴随着企业发展而产生的一种经营管理理论
研究,企业正在积极根据不同供应商的经营管理现状进行供应商分类以采取相应
供应商关系分析策略。基于目前我国互联网技术的快速发展,供应商关系管理研
究也向着基于互联网技术的研究发展方向推进,具体实施中以供应商关系管理软
件即 SRM 为主体系统,进行了信息技术系统的研发与运用。搭建起由公司 IT 系
统、供应商选择系统、供应商管理系统和采购战略系统组合的 S 公司供应商选择
和管理基本框架;通过供应商的选择与分级管理,监督与考核管理、供应商的激
励等手段构造 S 公司新型供应商关系的组建与维护管理系统。通过本文研究,希
望改善和提高 S 公司以往交货不及时、质量有限以及成本过高的问题,提升 S
公司供应商关系管理水平,降低公司运营成本,促进公司经济利润的提升。同时,
也希望为其它同类企业提供借鉴

Abstract
With the rapid development of China&39;s economy, the acceleration of urbanization
process and the improvement of urbanization, the objective of promoting the rapid
development of urban rail transit business, great enough for people to travel needs,

develop the urban rail transit business has become one of the important demands of
regional economic construction and development. Shanghai is one of the most

S is a company engaged in the construction of transportation track in Shanghai.

has become an important part of business operation and management. Vendor
management and supplier relationship management is a kind of management theory
research which accompanies the development of the enterprise. According to the
present situation of the management of different suppliers, the corresponding supplier
classification is adopted and the corresponding relationship analysis strategy is
adopted. Based on the rapid development of Internet technology in China, the
research on supplier relationship management is also carried out on the research and
development of Internet technology. The implementation of information technology
system is researched and developed by using SRM as the main system of supplier
relationship management software The election and management of the company&39;s ITIV
system, supplier selection system, supplier management system and procurement
strategy system composed of S company supplier selection and management of the
basic framework; through the supplier selection and classification management,
supervision and assessment management, suppliers And other means to construct S
company&39;s new supplier relationship formation and maintenance management system.
Through this study, we hope to improve and improve the company&39;s past delivery is
not timely, quality and cost issues, enhance the S company supplier relationship
management level, reduce the company cost, increase the company profits. At the
same time, also hope for other similar enterprises to provide reference.
