本研究是在国内外的相关研究理论和成果的基础上进行概括提炼,编制了针
对银行职员就其职场排斥、职业厌倦和工作绩效关系的问卷调查表,以成都区域
的银行职员为调查对象,通过采取不同形式、不同种类的问卷调查,使用统计学
分析的方法,对以下研究内容进行了研究:(1)成都地区银行员工的职场排斥现
状,分析不同的个体所感受到的职场排斥的差异。(2)结合具体情况,对当前具
有职场排斥的员工分析其在受到的上司排斥和同事排斥不同维度下,对其工作时
所作出的绩效成果的影响进行分析。(3)就员工在有职场排斥的情况下,分析由
此产生的工作倦怠情况,以及工作倦怠对于其工作绩效产生的影响。(4)分析工
作倦怠作为中间变量在职场排斥对工作绩效影响中的作用
本文首先对收集到的数据使用 SPSS 软件采取预处理操作,剔除部分有效性不
高的问项,然后对修正后的问项进行正式数据处理,结合回归分析、相关分析以
及描述性统计的分析方式得到三变量关系,并对该关系进行验证、推断,得到如
下结论:首先,就当前整体成都的银行职员来说,感受到职场排斥的员工人数较
少,而员工所受教育状况、在本单位在职年限、所在部门等因素对员工职场排斥
具有显著影响。其次,成都地区各银行员工的工作倦怠整体较低。再次,成都区
域的银行都有比较高的整体工作绩效。另外,总体的工作绩效与职场排斥为显著
负相关关系。职场排斥与工作倦怠中的情感耗竭以及疏离显著正相关。低职业效
能感和职场排斥没有显著的关系。通过中介作用回归分析,本研究得出了工作倦
怠在职场排斥对工作绩效的负向影响中不起到中介变量作用的结论。最后,提出
了四项提高银行职员工作绩效的建议,为银行管理者提供一定的管理措施和手段

Workplace exclusion phenomenon is often seen in domestic enterprises, especially
in financial industry where class concept is serious, with the prudent rising of our
national complex strength, the refinement of position and complex social relation.
Workplace exclusion directly affects the behavior of employees, resulting in the
interpersonal relationship between employees having a gap, a direct impact on the
relationship between employees, further deterioration of the staff workplace
interpersonal relationships, a direct impact on the efficiency and working quality of
some employees, even more will reduce the level of mental health of employees, even
seriously affects the individual family life and the relationship between friends. As a
non-objective staff perception, the lack of tool of measuring the perception, and because
the different individuals react on workplace exclusion differentlyreact on workplace
exclusion differently, while the study of workplace exclusion of the domestic
management academy started late, and the research theory and results are few, the
current domestic enterprises have not yet paid enough attention to their consequences
and effects. Most of the domestic enterprises in the daily management work neglected
the phenomenon of workplace exclusion, leading to the expansion of workplace
exclusion.
This topic is based on the domestic and foreign research theory and the results,
compiling a questionnaire of the bank staff on their workplace exclusion, occupational
fatigue and job performance, from the author&39;s work in Chengdu The regional bank staff
for the survey, a random sample of the questionnaire survey. Through the questionnaire
surveywith different forms and types, by the statistical analysis method, the following
research contents are completed: (1) Analyze the current situation of workplace
exclusion in Chengdu area and difference of different individuals reacting on workplace
exclusion. (2) Analyze the direct impact of workplace exclusion on job
performanceunder specific situation especially when the employee is excluded by
superior and colleague. (3) Analyze the influence of workplace exclusion on job burnout,
analyze the effect of job burnout on job performance, (4) Analyze the effect of job
burnout as an intermediate variable in the impact of workplace exclusion on job

In this study, data analysis was carried out by SPSS statistical software. The data
preprocessing analysis was carried out, and some of the items were not valid, and then
the general data were processed. The regression analysis, correlation analysis and were
carried outto gain three variable relationship, and verify and conclude as below: First,
the number of the bank staff in Chengdu who feels workplace exclusion is a little, while
the factor of education status, working years in the unit, the department has a significant
impact on staff workplace exclusion. Then, in the Chengdu area the job burnout of bank
staff overall is low. Third, Banks in Chengdu have relatively high overall performance.
Finally, the overall job performance and workplace exclusion are negatively correlated.
There is a significant positive correlation between workplace exclusion and emotional
exhaustion and alienation in job burnout. There is no significant relationship between
low occupational performance and workplace exclusion. Therefore, job burnout has no
significant intermediate variable effect in the negative effects of workplace exclusion on
job performance. Finally, the results of these studies have proposed four proposals to
improve the performance of bank staff, and to help bank managers provide some
management measures and means.
