供应商对一个企业来讲无疑是非常重要的,未来会更加重要,
供应商的好坏对一个企业的影响非常大,它会影响企业的采购、
生产、库存以及销售等等。而且未来的供应商与企业的关系并不
是单纯的管理与被管理的关系,供应商将会成为企业的战略合作
伙伴,是一种互利共赢的关系。所以供应商前期的评价与选择就
相当重要

医用耗材产品有其本身的特点来区别于其他类型的产品,这可
以从其生产、运输、销售等环节来区分。所以,医用耗材产品的
供应商要求也是不同的,比如生产的环境洁净程度要达到多少级,
是否有FDA的认证等等;根据医用耗材产品本身的特点建立起A公
司的供应商评价体系和选择标准才能更适应A公司的发展,增强公
司的核心竞争力。摘要

传统企业与供应商之间的关系,只是简单的买卖关系,企业决
策者认为这家供应商不可以,可以换家合作,对供应商的态度也
不是很友好,这种关系在买方市场的时候还可以,但是随着经济
的发展和社会的进步,简单的买卖关系已经不能适应企业生存发
展的需求,因为有些供应商已经有自己的技术,有自己的核心竞
争力,买方市场渐渐向卖方市场在转变,所以,这个时候我们需
要新型的合作关系,也即战略合作伙伴关系,企业与供应商互利
共赢、共同发展

企业的供应商评价选择和后期管理是一个逐渐优化的过程,不
好的要逐渐淘汰,好的要加入进来,要形成一种动态的平衡,这
样才能使企业长久保持竞争力

便灵活的特点,可以解决复杂的多结构问题。在全球化的大背景
下,激烈的市场竞争环境是一个企业必须要面对的,如果能正确
运用德尔菲法和层次分析法等科学的方法进行供应商的评价与选
择,势必会大大提高选择到合适的供应商的效率和几率,在供应
链管理、销售和信息方面实现协同效应,以降低在采购、物流等
方面的成本来提高其竞争力,同时战略合作伙伴关系的建立能有
效减少外在因素的影响及其造成的风险使企业能够立足现在发展
未来

并且论文通过实例论述了通过德尔菲法和层次分析法建立的
供应商评价选择体系在选择优秀供应商的有效性和实用性。能够
