摘要
随着现代科技的不断进步,社会生产力有了极大的提高,但是要进一步实现
产业革命,除了改变依存的客观物质条件之外,还要更加注重人的主观心理能动
性,即注重企业员工的现实心理问题。因此,现阶段越来越多的人力资源管理者
开始实施一系列的心理干预方法策略。目前的研究成果中,大多关注于员工的薪
酬待遇、工作环境等客观物质生活条件,而对员工的心理主观愿望这类隐性的因
素关注的较少。随着社会的发展,人们的知识含量不断增加,除了必要的物质条
件之外,也开始关注马斯洛需要层次中高层次的心理需求。因此,心理资本、心
理契约等相关理论引起人力资源管理者的关注,逐渐成为人力资源管理研究的新
内容。所以,人力管理者的当务之急是挖掘员工的心理资本,引导员工以健康向
上的人生态度和积极愉悦的情绪投入到日常工作中,不断凝聚团队力量,提高员
工的工作绩效,提升企业的竞争优势

本文选取吉林省集安益盛药业股份有限公司作为研究样本,基于相关的心理
资本的相关理论,对这家公司员工的心理资本进行具体调研,探索心理资本的作
用机理,在相关理论的支持下提出适合该公司员工心理资本的有效干预方法,运
用该理论的现实指导意义,可实施有针对性的解决员工工作困境,提升企业的竞
争优势,实现企业良性的可持续经济收益。首先,在研究方法的选择上,笔者运
用问卷调查法、文献研究法和案例分析法,通过走访、座谈、查阅文献资料和进
行案例剖析的方式,了解企业文化和公司管理,准确掌握吉林省集安益盛药业股
份有限公司心理资本的必要信息;其次,通过进行案例剖析,笔者根据该公司员
工的基本结构,获取定量化的员工心理资本状况的数据,根据数据内容推导出该
理论对员工在现阶段所产生的影响。第三,论文在充分的问题剖析的基础上,制
定心理资本干预方案,进行心理资本干预实验,研究形成独具特色的心理资本干
预有效机制,积极探索建立适合本土化员工的心理资本干预模型,进而解决现阶
段企业员工存在的共性问题,激发员工的工作热情,增强企业的核心竞争力

本研究在心理干预的设计上,融入了积极心理暗示、心理辅导、心理疗法等
心理干预方法,将心理资本的理论和心理干预的实证充分地融合并实践应用,以
此反思并探索建立中国本土化员工心理资本的可行性策略

Abstract
With the continuous progress of modern science and technology, social
productivity has been greatly improved, but to further realize the industrial revolution,
in addition to changing the objective material conditions, but also pay more attention
to human subjective psychological initiative, that is, pay attention to the reality of
corporate employees psychological problem. Therefore, at this stage more and more
human resource managers began to implement a series of psychological intervention
method strategy. The current research results, most of the pay attention to the staff of
the remuneration, working environment and other objective material living conditions,
and the psychological desire of the staff of this kind of recessive factors less
concerned about. With the development of society, people&39;s knowledge content is
increasing, in addition to the necessary material conditions, but also began to pay
attention to Maslow need a high level of psychological needs. Therefore, the
psychological capital, psychological contract and other related theories have attracted
the attention of human resource managers, and gradually become a new content of
human resource management research. Therefore, the urgent task of human managers
is to tap the psychological capital of employees, and guide employees to healthy and
progressive attitude towards life and positive emotions into daily work, and constantly
pool the team strength, improve staff performance, enhance the competitive advantage
of enterprises.
In this paper, we set up Jilin Province Jian Yisheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as a
research sample, based on the relevant theory of psychological capital, the staff of the
psychological capital of the specific research to explore the mechanism of
psychological capital, in the relevant theoretical support The author puts forward the
effective intervention method which is suitable for the psychological capital of the
company employees. It can use the practical guiding significance of the theory to
implement the targeted job plight, improve the competitive advantage of the
enterprise and realize the sustainable economic benefit of the enterprise. First of all, in
the selection of research methods, the author uses the questionnaire survey method,
literature research method and case analysis method, through the visit, discussion,
access to literature and case analysis of the way to understand the corporate culture
and corporate management, An Yisheng Pharmaceutical shares.
Secondly, through the case analysis, the author according to the basic structure of
the company employees, access to quantitative staff of the psychological capital of theIII
data, according to the data content derived from the theory of the staff at this stage of
the generated Impact. Thirdly, on the basis of the analysis of the full problem, the
paper puts forward the psychological capital intervention program, carries on the
psychological capital intervention experiment, studies the formation of the unique
psychological capital intervention mechanism, actively explores the establishment of
the psychological capital intervention model suitable for the localized employees, And
then solve the common problems of employees at this stage, to stimulate the
enthusiasm of the staff, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
In this study, we focus on the psychological intervention, psychological
counseling, psychological counseling and other psychological intervention methods,
the psychological capital theory and psychological intervention of the empirical
integration and practical application, in order to reflect and explore the establishment
of China Feasibility of Employee Mental Capital.
