摘要
随着全球经济的不断发展，当前企业面临的市场环境也越来越复杂，备件作
为一项重要的物资，在企业中的地位特殊。备件是设备修理的主要物质基础，是
协助维修人员维修设备以及保持设备正常运行的重要物品。不同企业对于备件的
需求情况也不尽一样，大中型工矿企业通常会保有大量的设备和相关备件,其中
部分备件的单价高,对设备正常运行影响较大,若储备此类备件的数量较大将会
占用大量资金，不利于企业的资金周转。另一面，若设备发生故障需要更换部件
时，如果出现备件缺货的情况，会使企业生产中断，造成不同程度的经济损失

因此,如何能够科学有效地管理好备件的库存储量,实现备件储存的合理定额,降
低备件库存成本和设备故障停机损失，是企业提升核心竞争力的关键。本文以 J
集团 D 矿山为例。对其在备件的各方面管理中存在的问题进行分析，并提出了五
项解决措施：备件定额管理、备件分类存储管理、订货点管理、备件流程优化方
案、完善供应商管理体系等

Abstract
Spare parts, it is to point to assist maintenance personnel, and maintain normal
operation of equipment condition. Big industrial companies usually have a lot of
equipment and spare parts, some spare parts for the unit price is very high, the greater
influence on the normal operation of equipment, the spare parts if a large amount of
reserves, can produce a lot of the cost of capital takes up and inventory management
costs if the reserve is not enough, will happen when the equipment need to update the
spare parts spare parts stock losses, led to the normal operation of the system.
Therefore, how to effectively manage spare parts inventory, science realize reasonable
quota of spare parts inventory, reduce spare parts inventory cost and system failure
outage loss is the key of enterprise core competitiveness. Spare parts management
purpose is to solve the above problems, using the least amount of money, the
reasonable inventory reserves, repairing the old waste effectively, guarantee the
stability of the production, continuously improve equipment reliability, economy,
security, and maintainability. Is the material basis for the equipment maintenance,
spare parts to ensure timely supply of spare parts can shorten the maintenance time,
improve the reliability of equipment, ensure the production continuity; Improve the
effective utilization rate of spare parts, for reducing the number of spare money at the
same time, reduce the cost of spare parts management. Based on the group with J D
