Abstract

operation of equipment condition. Big industrial companies usually have a lot of
equipment and spare parts, some spare parts for the unit price is very high, the greater
influence on the normal operation of equipment, the spare parts if a large amount of
reserves, can produce a lot of the cost of capital takes up and inventory management
costs if the reserve is not enough, will happen when the equipment need to update the
spare parts spare parts stock losses, led to the normal operation of the system.
Therefore, how to effectively manage spare parts inventory, science realize reasonable
quota of spare parts inventory, reduce spare parts inventory cost and system failure
outage loss is the key of enterprise core competitiveness. Spare parts management
purpose is to solve the above problems, using the least amount of money, the
reasonable inventory reserves, repairing the old waste effectively, guarantee the
stability of the production, continuously improve equipment reliability, economy,
security, and maintainability. Is the material basis for the equipment maintenance,
spare parts to ensure timely supply of spare parts can shorten the maintenance time,
improve the reliability of equipment, ensure the production continuity; Improve the
effective utilization rate of spare parts, for reducing the number of spare money at the
