然而由于信息系统集成项目的复杂性，导致在信息系统集成项目的管理上一直缺
乏统一有效的管理方法，无法帮助项目的业主和实施方更好的管控项目风险，从
而难以实现项目目标、拖延项目进度、提高风险损失
本文首先简要介绍了项目风险管理的框架体系结构，其次对信息系统集成项
目的风险管理现状和特点做了重点梳理，再对此类项目的风险管理的全过程进行
了全面分析，并为项目风险管理中公认为最复杂最难以采用工具量化的风险评估
过程提供了一套简单且行之有效的评估方法，即采用 Borda 排序法和风险矩阵法
相结合的方法对项目的风险进行具体量化。同时围绕风险管理的三个阶段（规划、
控制和总结）及五个过程（风险规划、风险识别、风险评估、风险控制和风险管
理总结）展开，详细论述了一个以 ERP 基础系统建设为具体内容的、结合上述
方法进行的信息系统集成项目的风险管理实践的全过程
本文的主要贡献是对信息系统集成项目的实施管理进行了完整论述，并提出
了一套可靠性较高且易于实施的风险评估办法，为信息系统集成公司管控项目风
险和创造更大价值提供了帮助

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, especially the Internet
and mobile Internet technology, information systems integration industry has been
greatly expanded in recent years. At the same time, project risk management as an
important research subject of project management is also in the process of
development of information technology has developed by leaps and bounds, there
have been many new technologies and new ideas, including the use of AHP, ANP,
fuzzy theory, but also to solve a lot of Practical application. However, due to the
complexity of the information system integration project, there is a lack of unified
and effective management methods in the management of the information system
integration project, which can’t help the project owners and the implementers to
better control the project risks, thus making it difficult to achieve the project
objectives. Progress, improve risk loss.
This paper first introduces the framework of the project risk management, and
then focuses on the current situation and characteristics of the risk management of the
information system integration project, and then carries on a comprehensive analysis
of the whole process of the risk management of such projects, It is a simple and
effective method to evaluate the risk of the most complex and difficult to use tool
quantification in the management, which is the combination of Borda sort and risk
matrix. At the same time, it expatiates on the three stages of risk management
(planning, control and summarization) and five processes (risk planning, risk
identification, risk assessment, risk control and risk management) , With the
above-mentioned methods of information systems integration project risk
management practice of the whole process.
The main contribution of this paper is the implementation of information
systems integration projects were discussed in detail, and put forward a high
reliability and easy implementation of risk assessment methods for information
systems integration company to control project risk and create greater value for the
help.
