广州华励汽车冲压件公司发展战略研究
目前,世界各国的生产制造业在工业 4.0 的技术革命背景下都面临着新技术
的发展挑战。企业如何更好的分配有限资源,营造良好的商业契机,对提升企
业竞争力水平以及在现代制造业中获得成功起到至关重要的作用

作为我国“八五”规划定点的汽车精密冲压零部件专业的制造企业,广州
华励汽车冲压件公司自创办以来致力于汽车精密冲压件的工艺研发和制造,是
国内最早引进欧洲先进精密冲压制造技术的民营高新技术企业。目前公司拥有
数十名本科及以上学历的研发人员,其中部分人员派赴欧洲先进国家培训精密
冲压技术。公司以“优质产品、顾客满意、开拓创新、追求完美”的质量方针
为指引,争创行业一流企业,投入巨资引进了国际最先进的生产设备、相应配
套的检测设备及精密模具加工设备,已拥有整套先进精密冲压生产线,并与国
内各大汽车厂及其零部件制造企业合作了近 20 年,已成功开发并批量生产汽车
上所有的精密冲压零部件。为汽车精密冲压件在轻量化和低成本的要求中做出
了突出的贡献,特别是在乘用车中得到了更加广泛的应用

但在快速发展的同时,公司也面临着一些问题,例如,员工对企业忠诚度
下降,人员流动较大,工艺制造技术水平没能同步提高、电子商务意识淡薄,
销售业绩彷徨不前,在运营中的成本、质量、库存、工艺、项目管理的质量和
效率等方面有一定缺陷,这些都阻碍公司的发展

本文选择广州华励汽车冲压件公司作为研究对象具有较强的研究意义,将
其如何在竞争中找到发展机遇、提升企业全球竞争力、做精、做强,如何从新
市场环境中突围作为研究重点也给了国内大多数中小生产制造企业的运营提供
了一定参考价值

本文以广州华励汽车冲压件公司的发展现状作为研究对象,旨在通过公司II
快速内部成长来促使其中长期的外部发展。基于企业战略发展和竞争管理的相
关理论,通过对广州华励汽车冲压件公司十几年发展历程进行总结,在公司宏
观环境分析、行业环境分析以及内部环境分析的基础上,从 SWOT 模型分析结
果得出:广州华励汽车冲压件公司应选择 WO 扭转型战略,实现与行业竞争对
手的成本领先战略

针对公司存在的内忧外患,制定广州华励汽车冲压件公司 WO 扭转型的发
展战略,提出企业在中国经济新常态下提升核心竞争力的保障措施,其中包括:
组织机构、人力资源、研发能力、企业文化等方面,为公司董事会制定今后一
定时期的发展路线。最终为广州华励汽车冲压件公司成为符合现代化管理水平
的上市企业奠定基础,并有助于国内同类自动化行业和机械制造企业进行借鉴

Abstract
Research on Development Strategy for Guangzhou Huali Automobile
Stamping Component Company
At present, the production manufacturing industry of the world faces the
development challenge of new technology under the background of technology
revolution of industry 4.0. How to better allocate the limited resources, create good
business expectations and play a vital role in improving the competitiveness of the
enterprise and the success rate in the manufacturing industry.
Eight-Five-year plan in China designated professional automotive precision
stamping parts manufacturing enterprise, Guangzhou HuaLi automotive stamping
parts company since its inception is committed to precision stamping technology
research and development and manufacturing, is the earliest introduced European
advanced manufacturing precision stamping technology of private high-tech
enterprises. At present, the company has dozens of research and development
personnel with bachelor&39;s degree and above. Meanwhile, special technicians are sent
to Europe advanced countries to train precision stamping technology. Company to
quality products, customer satisfaction, innovation, pursuit of perfection, the quality
policy as the guide, pursuit of the first-class enterprise, the industry invested heavily
to introduce the international most advanced production equipment, the
corresponding test equipment and precision mold processing equipment, has a
complete set of advanced precision stamping production line, and cooperation with
the major domestic auto and parts manufacturing enterprises for nearly 20 years, has
successfully developed and mass production of cars all precision stamping parts. It
has made great contributions to the requirements of lightweight and low cost for
automotive precision stamping parts, especially in passenger vehicles.
But at the same time of rapid development, the company is faced with some
problems, for example, staff loyalty to the enterprise fell, the turnover is bigger,
consciousness, e-commerce sales wanders back, in the operating cost, quality,IV
inventory, process, the quality and efficiency of project management, etc., the
company is faced with some problems.
This article choose Guangzhou HuaLi automotive stamping parts company as
the research object with strong research significance, how to find opportunities in the
competition, improve enterprise&39;s global competitiveness, preciser, stronger, how to
break through the new market environment as the research key also gave the most
domestic small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises operating provided
valuable inspiration.
In this paper, the development status of stamping parts company of Guangzhou
HuaLi automobile co., LTD. Is aimed at promoting the long-term external
development through the rapid internal growth of the company. Based on the relative
theory of enterprise strategy management development and competition, through to
the Guangzhou HuaLi automotive stamping parts summarizes the company more than
ten years development course, in the company&39;s macro-environment analysis,
micro-environment analysis, and internal environment analysis, on the basis of the
SWOT model analysis results: Guangzhou HuaLi settlement auto stamping parts
company should choose reverse type strategy, competitor&39;s cost leadership strategy
implementation with industry.
Domestically against the existence of the company and set up guangzhou HuaLi
settlement auto stamping parts of reverse type development strategy, put forward the
enterprise core competitiveness under the China&39;s economy is the new normal
security measures, including: organization structure, human resources, research and
development ability, enterprise culture, etc., for the board of directors of the company,
formulate the development route of a period of time. Finally, it is the foundation of
the listed enterprises that meet the modernization management level and help the
similar automation industry and machinery manufacturers in China to learn from.
