摘要
随着油墨行业的快速发展和国家对环保可持续性工业的宏观调
控，使得环保型油墨项目成为投资新方向。在国内油墨产业出方向现
结构性调整的关键时期，环保型油墨无疑为解决目前油墨企业研发投
资提供了新的方向。环保型油墨将环保事业与油墨产业有机结合起
来，既满足了目前日益高涨的环保和可持续发展要求，也使得油墨企
业能够及时抓住此次转型升级的机会。尽管环保型油墨具有诸多优
势，发展前景广阔，然而却存在技术难度高、投资巨大、收益周期长
等问题，因而面临极大的投资风险。因此，分析环保型油墨投资项目
存在的风险，探索控制环保型油墨投资风险的措施就成为重要的课
题

本文以环保型油墨产业为研究对象，以环保型油墨投资分析为主
线，旨在通过研究环保型油墨项目投资风险管理的现状和存在的问
题，探寻控制环保型油墨项目投资风险的有效措施，为环保型油墨项
目投资的提供参考措施和借鉴案例。论文首先介绍选题背景、选题目
的和意义、研究方法、研究现状以及研究的内容与框架；然后阐述环
保型油墨项目投资分析过程、方法等相关知识；然后分析了我国环保
型油墨投资环境与风险管理的现状与存在的问题，提出了环保型油墨
项目投资风险控制的对策措施；最后以 X 环保型油墨项目为例，定性
评估了该环保型油墨项目的投资风险，同时提出风险控制策略，并辅
以项目经济效益评价

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of printing ink industry and the national microeconomic
regulation and control of environmental sustainability industry, has made
environmental printing ink become the new trend of investment of the project.
Because the domestic printing ink industry direction is in the key period of structural
adjustment, environmental printing ink undoubtedly provides a new direction for the
ink enterprisers. It combines the environmental protection and ink enterprisers, not
only satisfies the increasingly rising environmental protection and sustainable
development requirements, also makes the ink enterprises can size the opportunity of
the transformation and upgrading. Although environmental printing ink has many
advantages and a well-developed prospect, there are lots of problems like high
technical difficulty, huge investment, long revenue cycle, thus lead to great investment
risks. As a result, analysis of environmental printing ink investment project risk,
control environmental printing ink investment risk become the important topic.
The paper takes environmental printing ink industry as research object, and
environmental printing ink investment analysis as the main line, aims to study the
present situation and existing problems of environmental printing ink project
investment risk management, and explore the effective measures for environmental
printing ink project investment, provide a reference for environmental printing ink
project investment management measure. The paper first introduces the selected topic
background, purpose, research methods, research situation, content and framework;
Then the paper states the printing ink project increment analysis process, method and
relevant knowledge; Then analyzes the environmental printing ink industry present
situation and present situation and the existing problems of the project investment risk
management, and puts forward the countermeasures of environmental printing ink
project investment risk control measures; Finally takes X environmental printing ink
project as an example, use the qualitative way to evaluate the environmental printing
ink project investment risk, and puts forward risk control strategy, also supplemented
