也可以说，无论是中国还是全世界范围，农村劳动力转移是世界经济发展的一个非
常普遍的规律，也是我国农业现代化和国家工业化的客观必然。沙头街城市化发展
的迅速，必然就导致了农村劳动力转移就业面临的很多问题，因此，开展沙头街农
村劳动力就业转移问题的研究是具有十分重要的实践意义的

本论文以沙头街农村劳动力为调查对象，以就业和技能状况为调查内容，并且
以解决沙头街农村劳动力就业问题为出发点，采取问卷调查和集中座谈相结合的调
查方法，与此同时借鉴外地经验与完善本地政策及措施相结合的方法，对沙头街户
籍农村劳动力的就业技能状况进行深入的调查和研究，从而研究出沙头街劳动力就
业工作中存在的问题，结合相关理论和成功案例提出促进和稳定沙头街农村劳动力
的就业建议

本论文共有 5 大部分，首先是论文的文献综述部分，先介绍了论文的研究背景，
研究意义等；第二部分，通过翻阅相关文献，在此基础上展开调查，分析出沙头街
农村劳动力就业与技能情况；第三部分，深入分析沙头街劳动力就业与技能存在的
问题；第四部分，论述沙头街地区的主要做法和特色做法；第五部分，结合相关成
功案例，提出促进沙头街农村劳动力充分就业的建议与措施

Abstract
At present, China&39;s agriculture has been rapid development, the problem of surplus
rural labor force has gradually highlighted. It can be said that whether it is China or the
whole world, the transfer of rural labor force is a very universal law of the world
economic development, and it is also the objective necessity of China&39;s agricultural
modernization and national industrialization. The ShaToujie city development rapidly,
inevitably led to many problems surrounding the transfer of rural labor employment
facing, to carry out research on the transfer of rural labor employment problems in the
ShaToujie has very important practical significance.
In this paper, the rural labor force in ShaToujie as the research object, the status of
employment and skills for the survey, and to solve the problem of rural labor
employment in the ShaToujie as the starting point, take the questionnaire and discussion
focused on the combination of foreign experience and at the same time, using the
methods of improving local policies and measures of combining the investigation and
study the depth of rural labor employment in the ShaToujie household skills, so the
existing employment labor problems in the ShaToujie, combining with related theories
and put forward suggestions to promote the successful employment and stability of rural
labor force in the ShaToujie.

the relevant literature, on the basis of investigation, analysis of rural labor employment
and skills of the ShaToujie; the third part makes an analysis of the existing employment
and labor skills in the ShaToujie the fourth part discusses the main problems; practice the
surrounding areas of the ShaToujie and characteristics of the practice; fifth part,
combined with the successful cases, put forward the suggestions and measures of rural
labor force in the ShaToujie full employment application.
