摘要
随着市场竞争的日益激烈、规模效益的不断扩大,对于中小民营建筑企业而言,其
发展瓶颈也日益凸现。特别是随着建筑行业日益向标准化、精细化、工厂化趋势转变以
来,市场对中小民营建筑企业的固定投资及设备更新提出了更高的要求。而绝大多数中
小民营建筑企业由于自身原因及银行的政策,又很难获得银行贷款,所以如何解决融资
问题就成了影响中小民营建筑企业生存与发展的关键因素

首先,本文以广东A建筑公司的实例为研究对象,通过其业务模式、管理机制、财
务数据等多角度分析,结合公司的资金供求分析,以广东A建筑公司目前急需扩大业务
规模所需增加的450万流动资金及购买厂房更新生产设备所需的1000万新增投资为研
究思路,对A建筑公司的融资对策展开研究。其次,从广东A建筑公司自身的角度,借
助国内外学者的融资理论研究,指出其在融资中存在的问题,并分析其产生原因。最后,
结合A建筑公司目前应收账款、投标保证金及履约保证金占其资金需求情况,提出加强
企业管理,深挖企业内源融资的方式;结合业主方都是资质较好的上市公司和国有企业,
提出发展供应链融资的方式;根据A建筑公司急需引进人才及激励人才的情况,提出发
展管理人员入股的股权融资方式;根据其财务管理不规范且缺乏相应的抵押物,提出
发
展关系型银行的融资方式;根据A建筑公司新增生产设备价值比较大且使用年限较短的
特性,从而提出发展租赁融资的融资方式。通过这五个方面的解决对策,A建筑公司目
前的融资问题最终得到解决,同时也为相类似的建筑企业提供借鉴

COUNTERMEASURE ANALYSIS
ABSTRACT
Along with the increasing competition and the expansion of the scale effect, the
bottleneck of small and medium-sized private construction enterprises development is
increasingly protruding. Especially with the construction industry is increasingly to
standardization, refinement, fectory trend, the market for small and medium-sized private
construction enterprise fixed investment and equipment update put forward higher
requirements. While the vast majority of small and medium-sized private construction
enterprises for their own reasons and the bankfs policy, it is difificult to get bank loans, so how
to solve the financing problem becomes the key factors that influence small and
medium-sized private construction enterprise survival and development.
First, this paper, taking the instance of A construction company in guangdong as the
research object, through its business model, management mechanism, financial data, such as
multi-angle analysis, combined with the company&39;s capital supply and demand analysis, with
A construction company in guangdong at present need to expand business scale that needed to
increase liquidity 4.5 million plant and update production equipment needed for 1000 new
investment as the research train of thought,the financing strategy of A construction company
is studied. Secondly, from the perspective of A construction company in guangdong itself,
with the financing theories of scholars at home and abroad research, points out some
problems in the financing, and analyzes its causes. Finally, combined with A construction
company accoxmts receivable at present,, bid bond and performance bond accounts for its
funding needs, put forward to strengthen enterprise management, dig endogenous financing
way. Combined with the owner party are better qualification listed companies and
state-owned enterprise, put forward the development of supply chain financing way.
According to A construction company in urgent need of the introduction of talents and
n motivate talents situation, put forward the development of management staff in the equity
financing way.According to the financial management is not standard and lack of collateral,
namely put forward the development of financing way. According to A construction company
of new production equipment value is bigger, use fixed number of ye^ short features, and
then puts forward the development of lease JSnancing mode. Through these five aspects of the
solution, the ciirrent financing problems of A construction company resolved eventually, but
also provide reference for similar enterprises.
