摘要
随着市场竞争的不断加剧，我国制造业企业不仅面临着原材料成本上涨的压
力，而且也要承担员工收入增长带来的人工成本上涨的压力，同时顾客对产品的
质量要求不断提高，行业内横向竞争又导致价格不断压低，这就要求制造型企业
必须关注如何在这个微利时代，通过管理改善和技术创新，充分挖掘企业内部潜
能。技术的创新发展遵循一定的周期规律，尤其在行业内可能某一时期有其瓶颈
阶段，这就需要我们同时重视管理体系的创新，向管理要效益，结合工业化的技
术手段，构建出适合当前时代发展、适用于企业特点的管理模式

本文针对制造业企业降低人工成本，提高员工收入这一焦点问题，以 T 企业
为例，将信息技术（IT）和工业工程（IE）融合技术引入，实现企业内部成本单
元化、可视化管理。首先对研究背景进行介绍，提出需要解决的问题及论文的整
体架构。从理论上介绍成本管理体系的发展历程和东西方差异。然后介绍了 T 企
业所处行业背景及成本管理现状。进一步对 T 企业管理现状及问题进行分析，根
据存在的问题直指实施单元成本管理体系的必要性，以及在实际生产中如何构建
与实施单元成本管理体系。最后设计相应软件进行流程固化，并结合信息技术创
新实现可视化管理及效率的拉动提升。本文的研究不仅缓解了 T 企业人力成本增
长压力，而且为企业搭建了一个公平透明的绩效管理平台，管理者从传统的“命
令—执行”到“创造条件”为员工服务，为企业服务，真正在企业中形成了员工
自主管理、自主激励、自主改善的良性循环模式

ABSTRACT
With the increasing competition in the market, China&39;s manufacturing industry
has two problems. One problem is that the cost of raw materials is increasing, and the
other is the rise in labor costs. At the same time, customers demand high quality, and
competition leads to lower prices. In the meager profit age, manufacturing enterprises
are required to improve the management and technical innovation. Technological
innovation often follows the periodic law, especially in the industry that has a
bottleneck stage. So we can only pay attention to improve the management system.
We integrate industrial technology, to build a suitable management model.
This thesis mainly aims at the question that enterprises reduce the labor cost and
raise the employee income. Taking T enterprise as an example, through the
integration of information technology and industrial engineering, it realizes the
internal cost unit and visual management. First of all，it introduces the research
background, puts forward the problems and outlines the overall structure of the article.
Secondly，it introduces the development of cost management and the industry
background and the current situation of cost management in T enterprises. This thesis
analyzes the current situation of T enterprise management，and points out the
necessity of implementing unit cost management. And this part explains how to
construct and implement the unit cost management system. Finally，I designs the
related software, and fixes the process. This part also integrates information
technology to realize visual management and promote efficiency. The research of this
thesis alleviates the problem of labor cost in T enterprises. At the same time, it also
sets up a fair and transparent performance management platform. Managers change
from the traditional “command – execution” to “service for employee, service for
enterprises. In the enterprise, the management mode forms the system of
self-management, self-motivation and self-improvement.
