质量是企业赖以生存和发展的保证，是开拓市场的生命线，提高质量能加强企业
在市场中的竞争力，较好的质量会给企业带来较高的利润回报；质量管理是公司品牌
的保护伞，好的质量管理可以提高公司的信誉度。当今，随着市场经济的不断发展，
质量管理被赋予了更多的内涵和功能，个性化的产品也层出不穷，多品种小批量的生
产模式越来越多，在这种背景下，多品种小批量的产品质量管理越显关键和重要

论文对质量管理的发展史进行了阐述，重点介绍了多品种小批量产品生产模式的
特点、及其状态下的质量管理国内外研究现状和趋势，对柔性管理技术、变更点管理
技术在多品种小批量产品质量管理中的应用做了相应的分析及讨论

论文以 P 公司为研究对象，对其多品种小批量质量管理现状进行了调查和研究，
找出了其中存在的问题，并寻找解决方案进行解决。重点从以下几点进行：
首先，针对 P 公司对于多品种小批量产品的生产环节人员配备不合理、设备投入
不足的现象进行了调整和优化，以便合理的资源配置为产品的品质提供保障。同时提
出了优化人员排配，机器设备能力改进，并导入柔性管理的理念进行改进

其次，针对 P 公司异常处理过于表面，不彻底的现象，提出了异常处理流程优化
的解决方案

再次，针对 P 公司质量数据的分析与应用方面的问题，提出了数据分析模型进行
优化

最后，基于多品种小批量产品的生产特点，提出了变更点管理的理念，加强变更
点管理，同时导入柔性管理的方法等改进措施

Quality Management Improvement Solution
Abstract
The quality is considered as a vital part on enterprise management．And it is the
lifeblood of the development of the market. Improving the quality can strength the
competitiveness of the enterprises in the market. And better quality will bring high returns
to the enterprise. Quality management is the company brand’s umbrella. Good quality
management can improve the credibility of the company. Nowadays, with the development
of the market, the quality management is given more meaning and function. Personalized
products are more and more popular, many high mix and low volume product are appeared
in the market, in such situation, the high mix and low volume quality management are
become very critical and important.
This thesis is to describe the history of the development of quality management,
focusing on the characteristics of the high mix low volume production mode, and the
condition of quality management of domestic and foreign research present situation and
also the trend on such high mix low volume product. Thesis main focus on the application
of flexible management technology and change point management on the quality
management of high mix low volume product.
This thesis takes the P company as the research object, studies its quality management
method and problem on the high mix and low volume product, then find out the
measurement as following point to improve it.
First, based on the unreasonable human source assignment and less equipment
involved on high mix and low volume product of P company, this thesis point out the
resource is lack, and shall involve more human source and suitable equipment, meanwhile,
flexile management technology also shall be used.
Second, most of the issue handling is not thorough enough, thus many repeat issue
happened again and again. So this thesis optimize the issue handling process to make the
improvement.
Third, the data analysis and using is not good, this thesis point out data analysis model
to make the improvement.

1.1 研究背景
从 21 世纪初，随着商业形态的变迁和消费者需求形态的改变，同时，一些企业
为了更好的占领市场和消费者，它们推出了个性化定制的概念。这使得一些企业面临
着多品种小批量产品的生产问题

多品种小批量，即产品种类多但生产量少，此类产品在生产过程中变化多，换线
频繁，生产效率低，产品质量稳定性差，故产品的质量较难掌控。一般来说，一次投
放的料的批量远小于机器/线体一天的生产能力，使得机器、生产线不得不停掉或者
更换其它产品

多品种少批量产品生产的出现，给工业化生产和规模化生产的今天带来了极大的
挑战，使得在完成产品的设计和研发之后，还要满足一些特殊的需求。在如今企业生
