论文围绕网络化成长力展开研究，首先，论文对研究课题所涉及的相关
问题的国内外研究现状进行了分析，以此为基础，针对论文研究的问题，制
定了以企业成长理论、企业网络理论等为支撑，开展长株潭区域内中小企业
的网络化成长内涵、特征和成长力影响因素与评价体系的研究
其次，对论文研究问题所涉及的企业成长、企业网络以及企业网络化成
长等概念和内涵进行了界定，就中小企业网络化成长的模式进行了理论分
析。以此为基础，结合区域内产业整体布局的规划与调整、产业的两型化和
新兴化转变以及规模化发展的总体战略，以区域资源获取与整合、区域协同
创新、区域关系调整与适应等作为长株潭区域中小企业网络化成长的主要途
径，开展中小企业网络化成长力分析与评价的研究路线
第三，面向企业与其所嵌入网络中的其他组织互动与协同过程，构建了
企业网络化成长力的四种核心分力，即网络化资源整合力、网络协同创新力、
网络机会识别力、网络关系适应力；分析了这些核心分析对中小企业网络化
成长的正向促进作用，由此给出了基于核心分力的企业网络化成长力评价的
理论框架。进一步，以长株潭区域内中小企业为分析对象，建立了核心分力
的两级影响因素，结合企业网络化成长力评价框架，构建了中小企业网络化
成长力评价的四层次三级测算的理论模型。采用模糊层次分析方法，建立了
中小企业网络化成长力的测算与评价体系
第四，以长株潭区域内专家走访和企业调查问卷的形式，获取了长株潭
区域中小企业网络化成长力分析与评价的数据。通过数据分析，建立了长株
潭区域中小企业网络化成长力的指标体系。该指标体系具有三级权重结构，
其中核心分力权重和一级因素权重由专家模糊比较知识测算获取，二级因素
权重则采用归一化平均加权。利用所建立的指标体系，就问卷调查所得到的
企业反馈数据，对长株潭三城市的中小企业网络化成长力进行了评价，评价ii
结果与企业的网络化成长力自评结果相吻合
最后，对利用企业问卷数据，针对有关的一级和二级因素进行了测算，
通过实证结果指出了长株潭中小企业网络化成长过程中存在着缺乏良好的
外部环境、网络化程度低、网络总量规模偏小缺乏竞争力、以及创新能力不
足等问题。针对实证分析发现的长株潭中小企业网络化成长过程中存在的问
题，提出了促进该区域内企业网络化发展的对策；从政府、网络和企业的角
度，对区域内企业网络化建设分别提出了针对性的对策

ABSTRACT
At present, small and medium-sized enterprises to join the network structure
system has become the enterprise for sharing resources, gain a competitive
advantage, accelerating the rapid growth of the enterprise important form. This
network development situation and trend of small and medium-sized enterprises,
attracting economic aroused the attention of academics and management field.
Papers to changzhutan economic integration and the two type society construction
as the background, in which small businesses in the region network growth force
analysis theory and evaluation technology involved in the study. The thesis mainly
work is as follows.
First of all, the paper study the related issues involved the research status at
home and abroad are analyzed, and on this basis, aiming at the problem of research
papers, established according to the theory of firm growth, enterprise network theory
and the theory of enterprise cluster theory in various fields such as the theoretical
support, to carry out the changzhutan area and small business networking research
approaches to the study of the growth mode, growth mechanism.
Then, the thesis research questions involving the firm growth, enterprise
network and enterprise network growth defines the concept and connotation,
medium the small business network the main mode of growth theory analysis. To
enterprise ability for small and medium-sized enterprise network the train of
thought for studying the measuring dimension of growth.
Third, enterprise ability to measure dimensions, USES the network resources
access and integration ability, enterprise innovation and collaborative innovation
capability, enterprise network opportunity recognition ability, enterprise network
adaptability as a measure of the core competence of small and medium-sized
enterprise network growth. Further, enterprises in the industry cluster as the
changzhutan area and the main mode of small business network, analysis and
constructed in a cluster of small and medium-sized enterprises within the two levels
of structure elements of four core capabilities. On this basis, the core competence
and its two levels of components as enterprise growth factors, the influence of
network to build the small and medium-sized enterprise network the multi-leveliv
theoretical model of growth. USES the fuzzy hierarchy analysis method,
established the small and medium-sized enterprise network growth evaluation
system and the growth of strength evaluation method.
Fourth, in changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan area expert visiting and questionnaire form,
get the changzhutan area small and medium-sized enterprise network growth analysis
and evaluation of data. Through data analysis, the establishment of the changzhutan
area based on the enterprise competence dimensions of the index system of small and
medium-sized enterprise network growth force.
Finally, with the basis of establishing evaluation system and evaluation, combined
with the changzhutan regional industry cluster development status of changzhutan two
type society construction and the process of economic integration as the background,
from the government, the industrial cluster and three angles such as the small and
medium-sized enterprises, for the region as a small business network development and
growth of them respectively, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
